Welcome to our recently renovated home in the charming town of Jeffersonville, Indiana. This comfortable single-family home welcomes you with its well-decorated interior and thoughtfully designed spaces. It offers 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms making it the perfect choice for families and friends. Here you can unwind and connect, knowing every detail has been considered.

The Space

Upon entering through the front door, you'll arrive in the open-concept living area, which includes a comfortable sitting space, dining area and spacious kitchen - perfect for spending time with your whole group, whatever the activity. Enjoy a spacious sofa and numerous accent chairs with a mounted TV above. The dining space has a table for 4 and the kitchen is fully equipped and designed with modern conveniences.

Vacation is no time to do laundry, however, you can - if you want! Just off the living area is a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience, and a mud room area with space for shoes and coats off the garage entrance.

Bedroom 1 boasts bedside table lamps and a queen bed with a mounted TV, creating a cozy place to rest.

Bedroom 2 is equIpped with a queen-sized bed and TV. These two bedrooms share a beautifully decorated hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

♛ The Primary Suite provides a generously sized retreat, full of natural light. It features a king-sized bed, large walk-in closet, and wall mounted smart TV. This spacious room extends to the en suite bathroom, offering a double vanity sink. Perfect for couples.

❤️We welcome quiet couples, families, and friends in all our rentals.

-The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours (about 3 days) before arrival.
-An accurate guest count must be provided.-No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction.
-Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am

Starter Supplies:

We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first week of your stay.

Same-Day Bookings:

Same-day bookings require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your Airbnb account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Pet Policy:

This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $150, per pet, for stays less than 30 days. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).

Baby Bundle:

If you have little ones, we offer: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a highchair for $65 per stay. Please make this request at the time of booking or 24 hrs. prior to your arrival.
