My husband Alan helps when we have tight bookings, and a friend will help out if needed. But I will 'scout' for perfection. Thank you for the feedback on the potpourri."

Hi Rebecca, we truly appreciate you sharing your thoughts about your recent stay. Your feedback is essential to us, and we've relayed your comments to the homeowner, who would like to address the following: -We apologize that you were unable to adjust the air settings to your preference. The air conditioning unit has been thoroughly inspected and was fully operational during your stay. Additionally, it has been in regular use throughout the summer while maintaining the apartment. -This is the first instance we’ve received feedback regarding the A/C issue. To ensure your comfort, we encourage our guests to reach out to us without hesitation if they experience any difficulties with the amenities provided. We are dedicated to promptly addressing any concerns to enhance our guests' overall experience. -Prior to your arrival, we sent a 'welcome' text to the number provided, as we do for all our guests. This message included our contact information for your convenience. Additionally, there is a 'welcome' package on the table in the home that contains all the necessary contact details. We strive to ensure that every guest enjoys the best possible stay, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests at this property, as evidenced by our other reviews.

We're so glad the location worked out well for you, from the shaded outdoor space to being close to restaurants, shopping, historic sites, and trails. It's great to hear the entry process was smooth and that the labeled remotes and clear instructions made settling in easy, especially with a later arrival. We take pride in keeping the kitchen and every space clean and well stocked for our guests. Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful, detailed review, it truly means a lot to us.
