Yaffa's Blue Heron Farm - Charming, lake side barn in Bucks County

We mutually agree to the following: - The property will not be occupied by more people than we have specified in this agreement unless agreed upon. - You will not bring dogs, cats, or other pets onto the property unless agreed upon. - Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Please dispose of your butts responsibly in outside trash bin. - Neither you nor your guests will use illegal drugs on the property. - You will take care not to play excessively loud music or otherwise create a nuisance to the neighbors. - The house will be clean when you arrive, and we request that you leave it in good order. You will notify us promptly of any damage or problems that arise. -There is no television but great views of the lake, blue herons, our natural world. - There is WIFI. Cancellation/Refunds: ==================== If you cancel your reservation on or before [month, date, year] (30 days prior to your planned arrival date), we will refund your reservation deposit in full. If you cancel after that date, we will refund the cleaning fee and damage deposit. But we reserve the right to keep the rental amount ([$X,XXX]). If we are able to rebook the property for all or part of that period, we will refund the rental amount or a prorated share, as appropriate. Within 30 days after your departure, we will refund the damage deposit, less any amount required to cover repairs for damages (other than normal wear and tear) that occur during your visit. Utilities/Phone: =============== We will pay all utility costs (water, heat, electric, trash removal). Linens and Kitchen Supplies: =========================== We will provide linens and towels, plates, bowls, silverware, cloth napkins,wine and water glasses and some excellent cooking supplies. Trash Removal: ============= Trash is collected early Monday mornings. Please deposit your trash into the outdoor trash can.
