Our 1200 sq. ft 2BR guesthouse is clean, comfy & private. Let the light shine in and enjoy the view! The cathedral ceiling as well as the bay window light up this open plan guesthouse consisting of the living, dining and kitchen areas.

Take a moment and enjoy the serenity of a quiet morning on the breezeway wicker porch swing or unwind at the end of your day watching the glorious evening sunsets.

Breakfast is served! Enjoy a continental welcome breakfast on your first morning stay. Our frittata is made with locally sourced eggs and vegetables, home made sourdough bread and jam and seasonal fruit, as well as coffee, tea and juice.

The guesthouse is located above the detached garage.

Situated two miles from the center of Doylestown Borough; less than a mile from Delaware Valley University and SEPTA train station and two miles from the National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa. Walking, running and biking trails meet at the end of our driveway taking you to the Pine Run Reservoir, Lake Galena and more.

We are unable to accommodate pets but Holiday House Pet Resort is less than a mile away.

This is a smoke free house. Smoking is permitted on the breezeway, only.

Pack N Play is available.

Unfortunately we are not handicapped accessible.

Fantastic rental. Beautiful location, extremely clean, spacious guesthouse. The food and drink provided by the host was delicious and greatly appreciated. If we are ever in the need of lodging in this area again, I will definitely try to book this rental before looking elsewhere.

Melissa and Mike were fantastic hosts! The house was very clean, the breakfast was delicious, and they were super accommodating. I would highly recommend anyone visiting the doylestown area to stay here.

The "keys to the trip" provided very detailed directions on how to locate the driveway and where to park, which turned out to be very helpful. When we arrived, our host was there to greet us and made us feel welcome. The property was neatly maintained and the living quarters made you feel like you were in a home and not a rental unit. There were fresh flowers on the table, breakfast items in the refrigerator and a full kitchen with every item you would need (including batteries which I forgot to bring). Both bedrooms were supplied with extra comforters and pillows. The bathroom had a double sink and plenty of counter space for toiletry items. Our host told us to call if we needed anything, we didn't have to as they provided everything you would need. For us it was a most delightful visit.

This guesthouse was beautiful! The owners' attention to every detail made this the perfect place to stay in the Doylestown area. Perfect place!

We were in town for a bridal shower and this was a wonderful alternative to a hotel! There was so much room, nicely decorated, and a lovely view. The hosts were so easy to work with and we hope we get the chance to stay again!

Excellent Bucks Court apartment

We loved our stay! Apartment was perfect for what we needed. Location was great- quiet area but less than 10 mins to Doylestown less than an hour to Center City. The breakfast food was wonderful and we really appreciated it.

Everything we needed

As a small group of high school friends who hadn't seen each other for several years and were spread out in the general area, we were just looking for a place to get together that was within range for all of us to meet, share a meal and reminisce. We wanted the privacy and space to feel like we were 'at home' as opposed to going to a restaurant or another public space. This place checked all of the boxes. Clean, private, very spacious, and stocked with every amenity we needed. The rental is in a nice, bucolic, somewhat secluded area, but within proximity to everything one may need and easy to find. We all loved it. The hosts were organized, accommodating and very communicative. Excellent all around. Although we didn't stay overnight, the place was clearly set up to do so comfortably with 2 nice bedrooms. I highly recommend this rental and the hosts.
