Forget you worries at BIRCH HAVEN in this spacious and serene place of three acres. Enjoy the property, old fashion atmosphere and your own fire pit for relaxing evenings. With almost 90% of all types of minerals found on earth located in the Bancroft area, this is a major destination for recreational rock hounding enthusiasts. It is known as the "Mineral Capital of Canada". We are also only 45 minutes outside of Algonquin Provincial Park. There are many recreational lakes, beaches and boat launches close by. Multitude of ATV and Snowmobile trails only mins away from the driveway. Leave right from the driveway. The rental unit has it's own parking spot and space for trailers, boats and off road vehicles. There is a well lit path to our rental unit that sleeps 6 with a Master bedroom containing a queen bed, second bedroom with twin beds and pull out couch in the living room. All bedding, pillows and towels provided. Full kitchen with stove, microwave, coffee percolator, kettle, toaster and full fridge for your use. All dishes, cookware provided. Free WIFI with flat screen TV and designated work space. Many brochures available for nearby destinations as well as a library of books for your perusal. Bathroom has shower with shower bench and grab handles. Unit is non-smoking. Carbon monoxide/smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and first aid kit available.
