If you crave tranquility and the solitude of being miles away from anyone else, this is the perfect retreat for you.

This house is part of the Mountain Serenity Rentals group, an elite group of family-owned properties providing the absolute best of what Angel Fire has to offer. Mountain Serenity Rentals is a small but mighty team started by husband and wife duo Eric and Cheryl in 2006. What began with one house and a small dream has since grown into our true passion: offering families from all over the opportunity to make memories in the mountains in beautiful, clean, up-to-date, and well-maintained homes. We intentionally market only a handful of properties so we can provide the highest level of service. We have gathered a tremendous amount of knowledge over the years, but actively value feedback from our guests so we can continue to improve and provide excellence.

**Beautiful modern home - As you enter the house, you'll be captivated by its sleek modern elegance and meticulous renovation. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure your utmost comfort and enjoyment. Radiant heat flooring keeps you warm and cozy, while the forest envelops you through the windows in every room.

**Surrounded by trees, Altitude Adjustment stays true to its name, situated at 8,800 feet! This means amazing views will greet you from each and every room. This is the true mountain experience, while still being close enough to ski, mountain bike, and more.

**Nestled on 15 acres of private property, adventure is just outside your door! Who needs hiking trails, just step outside and explore! The grounds are amazing for hiking, hopping on your mountain bike, or strapping on your snow shoes. Keep your eyes peeled for the abundant wildlife that calls this mountain home, everything from mule deer to elk and bear.

**Plenty of space - The home comfortably sleeps 10, making it ideal for 2 families or one larger group. The upstairs features an expansive open floor plan, 2 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms, while the downstairs acts as its own studio apartment, with living and dining space, kitchenette, bunks, a bunkroom, and even a piano you are welcome to play. One set of bunks in the lower studio are full over full, so you could easily bring the head count up to 12 by sleeping 2 per bed in those bunks. Each floor also has a massive outdoor deck for morning coffee or evening happy hour.

**The house is fully stocked with everything you could need for your stay. In each bathroom, we provide linens and towels, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, and other cooking utensils you need, as well as paper towels, napkins, spices, olive oil, dish soap, and dishwashing detergent. All you need to buy is the food! We also have a laundry room with detergent provided for the washer, just in case your mountain adventures get messy!

BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS/BATHROOMS:
The top floor is home to the main suite, with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, smart TV, and soaking tub overlooking the forest. The whole house has radiant heat flooring, great for fighting the winter chill. On this floor, you will also find a double queen bedroom that shares a full bathroom with the main living space and also has a smart TV. The lower level functions as a studio apartment with a set of full bunks in the living space, and a bunkroom with a set of twin bunks. There is also a full bathroom on this floor with a combination tub/shower. All bathrooms also have grab bars in the showers.

Bedrooms and bathrooms are fully stocked with pillows, linens/blankets, towels, toilet paper, shampoo and body wash, hair dryers, and hand soap.

LIVING AREAS:
The main living space on the upper level offers a stunning open floor plan, allowing everyone to share time together. Whether you're relaxing by the fireplace, preparing a delicious meal in the well-appointed kitchen, or sharing stories with loved ones, the forest serves as your ever-present backdrop. The main living space flows out onto the sprawling upper deck with its own eating space to enjoy in the warmer months, and a propane fire pit to cozy up next to. On the lower level, you will find another luxurious living space with room to cozy up together or split the group up. The lower-level living room also features a fireplace, dining space, piano, and a beautiful deck of its own. Each living room is equipped with a Smart TV for catching a game or having a movie night together.

KITCHEN/DINING:
Creating great memories is at the heart of everything we do, and what better way than cooking and enjoying meals together? Our home is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to make mealtime a special occasion during your stay. Our kitchen features a full set of appliances, stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee makers (regular and Keurig), blender, and crockpot. All plates, glassware, baking/cookware, pots, pans, and utensils are provided. In addition, we have a cabinet with olive oil, flour, sugar, and spices to get you started. For dining on the main level, there is a dining table with seats for six, as well as space for five at the kitchen bar. You can also take your meal outside to the upper deck, where you will find a table with benches for 6. In the lower level studio, there is an additional dining space with chairs for four and an additional eating space with two picnic tables on the lower deck.

ENTERTAINMENT OUTDOORS:
Step outside your door, and the forest becomes your playground, the outdoor decks, an extension of your living room. Take a morning coffee or evening cocktail out to the deck to enjoy and soak in the forest views, or take it up a notch and go exploring! The house sits on a 15-acre parcel that is yours to enjoy! Lace up your boots and make your own hiking trails, or hop on your mountain bike and enjoy the property and surrounding roads. ATVs are allowed on the winding mountain roads surrounding, and in the winter, the property is wonderful for snowshoeing and sledding. You're also just a 15-20-minute drive to Angel Fire, where you can downhill ski and mountain bike, golf at the country club, or fish at Monte Verde Lake.

ENTERTAINMENT INDOORS:
When you're done exploring the forest surrounding the house, or tired from a day on the slopes, come on inside and relax. With fireplaces and smart TVs on each floor, the living space in this home can't be beat. Curl up and watch something all together, or split into adults and kids without anyone having to sacrifice comfort. Play a game together at the dining table, learn a song on the piano, or retreat to your bedrooms to enjoy your Smart TVs in private. There is plenty to do without even going outdoors!

ENTRYWAY/LAUNDRY:
Enter the house through the garage on the lower level. Our smart locks allow you to let yourself in when you arrive without the hassle of keys. Inside the entry, you'll find the mudroom with hooks for coats and boot trays for muddy shoes. This room also serves as the laundry room, with a washer and dryer and space to lay out wet clothes on top. To help you out, we provide detergent and dryer sheets.

PARKING:
Guests have access to one designated parking space in our spacious 3-car garage, with ample additional parking available in the large driveway out front. This garage also offers an EV/RV hook-up if you will be traveling with your electric vehicle or camper.

Please note: the owners keep a vehicle in the garage, so don't be surprised to see it there!
