Hello Sir and good day. I write you today so I may give some constructive criticism so future clients are prepared and understand what they are getting for their money or lack thereof. I will start with the only positive. The property itself meaning the location is absolutely beautiful. Very peaceful and serene. For this, I would rate it as a 10. My concerns are listed below.1/ Check in was delayed until 4pm. You indicated in your message above that it was due to the cleaning crew. I find this rather laughable. The house was anything but clean. I would seriously consider a new crew.2/ As soon as we arrived and opened the door, The stench in the house was unbearable. We later learned that this house has a serious Sceptic tank issue that needs to be addressed. Each time we showed in the morning we had to open all door and windows for several hours so the smell could dissipate.3/ All dishes were in the dishwasher. We had to do your job. I pay and expect this to be done4/ All floors were filthy. They were not swept or washed. I generally wear white socks. Withing 1 hour of arriving, my socks were literally black. 5/ The electrical outlet where the coffee maker and toaster oven were located was not working. The toaster over had to be moved on top of the stove and the coffee maker had to be moved beside it.6/ The screen door facing the water is broken. The hydraulic piece was sticking out and I hurt my knee on the first day.7/ In the kitchen, you have tiles that are
