We drove all the way from michigan couldnt stay because it was flooded the house was very dirty we didnt have anywhere else to stay was a very bad experience, thank you ....

The property sits along a natural wetland by the river, which can occasionally lead to temporary standing water. While this is a natural feature, we understand it may have caused inconvenience. The interior remained unaffected and was clean and in excellent condition following your departure. We take cleanliness seriously and carefully prepare the home for every guest. We wish the weather had allowed you to fully enjoy your stay and value your thoughtful feedback.

Great stay

If you’re looking to get away to the country it’s an awesome place. Inside has a new modern cabin feel. Very quiet no noise pollution from highways.

The gate would not open when we got there. We tried to contact the property manager. It took us an hour She finally told us to take the pin out of the gate. The house has a key , so you have to fumble around in the dark to try to get the key out of lockbox. When walking in the door the floors are dirty.The house smells like a dog. Sure, the kitchen counter was wiped down.But there were streaks all over it.Nobody knows what they wiped it with.Maybe the mop from the floor. And to top it Off the train upstairs did not drain in the shower.You had to take a shower in dirty water.I had friends to invite over and I couldn't even bring someone there to stay up.The place was a Dirty the towels smell like dog.

We stood here during the Christmas break. The place was lovely & quaint. Yard was very spacious for our dogs. Pictures made it look like the space was bigger than it actually is. In person it feels more like a tiny home but comfortable.The home was very secluded, which was okay, any store or gas is at least 20 min away. For the most part the home was clean except for sand on the floors but it’s to be expected because the yard is sandy. Neg: There was no TV in the home except for the living room. Bathroom water down stairs smelt like copper & upstairs it smelt like rotten eggs, owner states it’s because of the well water. We used bottled water to brush our teeth and to cook. We also gave our dogs bottled water. The shower upstairs was clogged from day one and was leaking through the ceiling fan in the bedroom downstairs. Owner just stated not to use that bathroom. Entrance gate only worked once and that was the first day we arrived. Every other night we would have to remove the gates bolt to open the gate, which was by the owners instructions.The home was infested with roaches. We would wake up with roaches in our dogs water bowls. My husband was sitting on the coach and a roach crawled on him three different times. Roaches were all over the counter, so we would have to put everything in sealed bags or in the fridge. However, we found dead roaches in the fridge as well. Garage area with workout equipment was overcrowded & messy, therefore, couldn’t be used.
