Historic Cottage in Historic District:

Relax in our comfy, charming historic cottage, nestled in Sanford's beautiful historic district. This cozy retreat features two bedrooms (one king bed and two twin beds), one bath with walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen with the original antique sink, and a welcoming living area with a fireplace for cool evenings in winter.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch, and unwind in the private courtyard. Back screened back porch with a washer and dryer for longer stays. Off-street parking is provided for two vehicles.

Walk to downtown Sanford's restaurants, pubs, unique shops, RiverWalk, Lake Monroe Park, and the marina. Central to beaches, major highways, Amtrak, Sanford Airport, and Orlando attractions.

Two bicycles and fishing poles are available for your enjoyment (use at your own risk). Professionally cleaned.

Lovely location and cottage. We stayed for a week and loved everything about the location and the home. We come to Orlando area often to visit family and usually stay in Winter Park. This was our first time in Sanford. We really loved the neighborhood and the comfortable furnishings. Will definitely stay here again.

This home does not feel like a rental. It feels like you’re visiting your best friend. Very comfortable furniture,well stocked kitchen, all your bathroom needs and laundry needs. The side porch and patio gives a few options for being outside. Walkable to all Sanford has to offer. We have stayed before and will continue to come back.

This property was just wonderful and located in a quiet neighborhood. As advertised, the property was very clean and all amenities were available in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms making this a pleasant for our stay in Sanford Florida. We stayed for a week and it was great. We only used the king bed and it was comfy. Plenty of sitting in living room. Kitchen is stocked well. Neighborhood was nice. Communication with the host was great. We would stay here again if we’re ever in the area.
