🔼 Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms plus a half bath. One king with an en-suite full bath, three queens with a shared bath and half bath. Step inside to a full game room, 75" home theater TV with electric leather recliner sofa, customizable electric fireplace, and panoramic harbor views from the expansive deck.

🔽 Downstairs: A complete second home with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath plus a half bath. One queen with an en-suite half bath, one queen with a shared full bath. Full second living room, dining area, kitchen, and washer and dryer.
Six bedrooms total, sleeping up to 12 guests.

Both units have their own private deck and hot tub with harbor views. Sink into warm bubbling water as city lights stretch across the water, watch planes glide in over the harbor, or catch the SeaWorld fireworks lighting up the sky at 8:50pm on summer evenings. Fire up either grill, pour something cold, and let the views do the rest.

Step into the upstairs game room and feel the energy immediately. Foosball, Pac-Man, chess, and a 2-player arcade basketball hoop keep everyone entertained. Wind down on the oversized electric recliner sofa in front of the 75" home theater TV, or dial in the perfect ambiance on the customizable electric fireplace.

At the lower level of the property you'll find a safari-inspired tent with privacy curtains, a fire pit, and seating for 12, the kind of spot guests describe as perfect for wine and stories under the stars. The grounds also feature a putt-putt course, bocce ball, and cornhole spread across the 7,500 sq ft lot.

📍 THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Mission Hills puts you within a 10-minute walk of Little Italy and Banker's Hill, both packed with excellent dining, coffee, and bars. Balboa Park, the Zoo, Gaslamp Quarter, Petco Park, the beaches, Coronado Island, and the airport are all 5 to 15 minutes by car. It's a genuinely central location without the noise or chaos of staying downtown.

🔑 GUEST ACCESS
Each unit has its own smart lock entry. You'll receive one code for all doors via the guest portal prior to arrival. The units connect through a back gate on the property but do not have an interior connection between them. Please note there are security cameras on the front exterior of the property.

ℹ️ GOOD TO KNOW
That central location does mean you may occasionally hear planes between 6:30am and 10pm. The acoustically rated windows help considerably and most guests say it fades into the background within a day.

The home sits on a hill in an active urban neighborhood. Street parking is usually available nearby, though on busy weekends it can require a short walk.

📋 HOUSE RULES
No smoking, no pets, no parties or bachelor/bachelorette events. All guests must be 25 or older unless a parent is present. Max 12 guests including children. Check-in after 4pm, checkout by 10am.

Reservations canceled at least 14 days before start of the stay will receive 100% refund. Reservations canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
