Coastal Comfort

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time during the offseason. Kids loved the bunks and the adults love the open first floor. Plenty of space to celebrate the holidays with the family, and our oldest loved the first floor nook to escape the littles at night! Amazing appliances and everything you could ever want to cook and entertain!

Beautiful beach house!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautifully decorated beach house with plenty of room for our family with two teenagers (slept upstairs in the hall bunk beds), brother, sister in law with baby in the queen bunk bed room and grandmother downstairs in the single wall bunk. The kitchen is well appointed with high end cookware, glassware, blender, coffee maker, etc. Windows to the rear of the house allow gorgeous views of the sunsets over the bay fading into the lights of Corpus Christi. We loved our stay and would definitely come back. Thanks for sharing your lovely beach house with us!

Our 2nd visit to Cinnamon Shores

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Last summer our family visited and stayed in a home on the North Side. We were blown away. Everything about the home was luxe,clean and made for a perfect when you've had "great" you naturally compare.And sadly this home didn't live up to the expectation.Upon arrival we were told there was a broken kitchen shelf to expect was never repaired. Not a deal breaker. I instantly noticed once we walked in the home wasn't spotless. It appeared the home was rushed cleaned and the floors felt sticky, the restrooms weren't super clean,I could visibly see hair strands on the floor. The upholstered dining chairs had lots of stains, and the beautiful sofa also appeared dingy. Making hard to lounge comfortably. We planned on grilling/ cooking for majority of the stay.The grill was broken we had to notify the mgmt office, and they replaced it the next day. The dishes in the kitchen didn't appear to be cleaned properly, plates in the cabinets still had food residue. Steak knives had rust spots, I had to hand wash everything before we used it. The master bedroom shower wouldn't keep hot water if others were showering. Again not total deal breakers, but definitely kept us from having the "wow factor" kind of stay we anticipated. Needless to say we made the best of our stay.

When you've experienced the very best Cinnamon Shore has to offer, the bar is set high and we completely understand the disappointment when a stay doesn't reach it. A rushed cleaning that left sticky floors, visible hair, stained furniture, and dishes with food residue still on them is simply not acceptable, and we sincerely apologize. Rusty steak knives, a broken grill, an unrepaired kitchen shelf, and inconsistent hot water only added to what should have been another wow-worthy experience. We are sharing every detail of this feedback with the homeowner and our housekeeping team directly to ensure this home is brought back to the standard you experienced last summer. We love that you made the best of it and we hope to welcome you back for the stay you truly deserve.

First time at Cinnamon Shores

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time at Cinnamon Shores. My daughter planned her wedding on the beach this past Saturday and the property was so convenient. The family we invited also enjoyed the property and are planning their next vacation time to be spent there. The layout of the home was functional. I wish we would have gotten one with a bedroom on the first floor for the grandparents but that was my fault. The property was very clean, the only issue I had was the floors in the bathrooms. The tile/grout was filthy. It was really noticeable. Great customer service from all the staff. Helpful with all our questions or concerns. Being able to enjoy our own bonfire after the wedding on the beach was amazing! Thank you!! We will be recommending to friends and family. And we will definitely be back!!
