Inside, the open-concept layout creates a bright and airy feel, with a well-stocked kitchen that has everything you need to prep, cook, serve, and dine. Gather around the cozy dining space or unwind in the spacious living area, where you can swap beach-day stories in total comfort.
The primary suite features a king bed, TV, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and stunning ocean viewsâright from bed. Down the hall, a queen bedroom with a TV and closet offers a cozy retreat, while the third bedroom boasts two full-size beds, a TV, and ample storage. A second full bathroom and an in-unit washer & dryer add extra convenience.

Dotted with palm trees, this beautiful 25-acre complex has its very own beach boardwalk for easy beach access. There's even security on-site during summer months and holiday events. - This HOA/Condo strictly prohibits pets of any kind, including Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). Service Animals, as defined by law, are permitted. If you plan to bring a Service Animal, please notify us in advance so we can inform the HOA. Important Note: If it is determined that the animal is not a certified Service Animal, eviction may occur. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
- Be sure to inquire about discounted Winter Texan/Snowbird rates and long-term stay discounts!
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we canât guarantee that you wonât hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce.
