Great getaway!

We enjoyed our stay and can’t say enough about our 3 nights there. Daily trips to the pool, tennis courts as well as close proximity to village area.

Great base location for Steamboat Springs

This light, recently renovated condo is a great location for exploring the Steamboat Springs area. comfortable beds, plenty of counter space in the kitchen, updated appliances and balcony offer room for a couple or small group to enjoy. The nearby amenities are awesome and the free bus is a short walk away, as is the tennis and pickleball center.

Excellent location

We thoroughly enjoyed the location of this condo and access to the Gondola that we used to go to base of Mountain to ski. The Condo was clean, nicely kept and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We definitely will book again in the future.

Great location

This property has great upgrades and has been decorated nicely! Beds were very comfortable and condo was stocked with the necessary supplies. And finally the location of this property is great!!! Short walk to the Wildhorse gondola as well as the pool and hot tubs.

Steamboat trip

the pace was very nice and accommodating. You should tell the renters that it’s on the third floor! For someone with climbing stairs, this could be a huge issue. You should offer valet check in and help with luggage, food, ski equipment… it was a lot to carry and I am in great shape. The place needs a glass measuring cup, cellophane and tin foil. There is no thermostat.. and the base boards were not easy to regulate. The walk to the Goldola and then shuttle service were a must and very helpful

Great Access

The apartment was nicely updated and clean, it had great access to the base of steamboat via the wild horse gondola. If there was one drawback it would be that the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator which can be a pain with a lot of gear. Overall would recommend, positive experience.

Steamboat Condo

As always, the VRBO was a better option for our family than two rooms at a hotel. The plus side was the location and easy walking access to the gondola, the full kitchen and the comfort of the master bed. On the negative side, the condo is a 3-floor walk-up (no elevator access), the living room furniture was small and very uncomfortable, and the fit/finish of the place was below what we expected for the price.

Issues

Condo was at 52 degrees when we arrived. Internet service very poor. TV steaming impossible. Floors could have been cleaner. Door access very difficult due to loose latch.

Thanks for coming up to visit, you had mentioned you were having a nice time so wish you had mentioned these while you were here we gladly could of sent a team member over. The heat was at the lowest setting but quickly fired up and the cable just required a simple reset, we truly hope they weren't too much bother. Please do consider giving us another try

Steamboat Firstracks 4306 Review

The location of this property was perfect, walking distance to the gondola and the shuttle service was great! Overall the condo was as advertised except a few notes: the pull out couch was not a real pull out bed, mostly just a couch that opened up with no mattress about the size of half a queen bed, very uncomfortable and very dirty. The Wifi didn't work the whole time we were there, they did send a team member to come fix it but he was unable to get it working. The owner was very responsive via text message and provided a bottle of wine for the inconvenience, but I had to use my hotspot to get work emails out. If a few of the issues were worked out would stay again!

We have air matresses available if you ever need any extra comfort and do apologize there was any issues during your stay. The HOA hit a snag with their wifi equipment so they replaced this on monday after you were here, sorry again that happened during your stay.
