This is a must book. The house is clean, kitchen well equipped and house is roomy. We didn’t get to utilize the swimming pool because of the weather but the hot tub was well enough. We really enjoyed our stay wished we could’ve stayed longer, but will definitely book again.

The stay was amazing the interior was clean the outside as well the hot tub and pool. Had an issue with my code and I called them and they answered right away I recommend this stay with serenity- A Birdy Vacation Rental.

House was great, although I am sure owner is paying someone to keep the property clean, and to take care of issues. The house was not clean, the floors not mopped, the bathrooms not dusted as well as the house itself. Overall, the home was beautiful and enjoyable, but if the owner is paying a cleaning company to take care of the home, it was not taken care of well. Also, the can for recycling was overloaded with regular trash, we put it out on Friday as stated and was not emptied by the collectors.

Not As Advertised

The Pool was dirty, the wood around the pool was broken and sagging into the pool. The pump was exposed outside of the structure. The Sauna had a hole in the seat, the hot tube had a sign that said out of order. Inside, every dish needed to be washed prior to using. The "well" stocked kitchen was missing a colander, and several other items that we would normally find in VRBOs. It did have three ovens! Not a single oven mitt in the place. The toilet on the main floor did not flush with the handle. The master shower handle was installed upside down. The bunkbeds shook when there was someone in the bed, like the screws were not tightened enough. Overall, the place was dirty and didn't actually have the amenities advertised, I would skip it if I were you.
