Absolutely perfect, I would not hesitate to stay at this lovely home again. The only issue I had was our stay wasn’t long enough as we had to go home. I thank our kind hosts as they left nothing to need and a lovely experience.

We went to the vrbo, the door was unlocked. We went in and it was clear that someone was staying there. Messy bed, other bed not made, toiletries scattered around the washroom. We left and contacted the owner. They didn't have it ready for us till after 6pm. No offer to stay longer or any other comp. Got there after dinner and we were locked out with no code. And after receiving the code in the dark, (light wasn't working) the code box was dead. He had to go through the house to open it from the inside. This made us (two women) very nervous as there was no way for us to lock him out. He could've come in at any time during the night. The next morning he was stomping around at 7am. Then left, then another family? Came in and proceeded to stomp around for the next three hours. It was a horrible experience and we will never be back.

What you described is not the standard we aim to provide, and I understand how unsettling those moments must have felt. To clarify, the earlier guest checked out late and there was some miscommunications, which caused the delay in preparing the unit. While this is not an excuse, it is something we have addressed internally to prevent it from happening again. The door battery failure and exterior light issue were also unexpected, and both have since been repaired to ensure secure and reliable access for future guests. Your comfort and safety are extremely important, and I regret that we fell short during your visit. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

Wedding in London

Fantastic stay. Very large and spacious and clean. Extremely friendly host. To suggestions would be to post instructions for the streaming services on the TV and maybe some extra blankets but that could just be me because I get cold lol
