Newly built 3-bedroom townhouse located in the quiet Hyde Park neighbourhood. Home is minutes away from a shopping centre, restaurants, banks and other services. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The home has air conditioning as well as free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with Netflix, and a security system with camera at the entrance . The kitchen is well-furnished with brand new appliances, in addition to breakfast items. Extra sanitization in place.
Guest access
Guests can go for walks in the safe neighbourhood. The bus stop is a two-minute walk from the home. There is free parking in the driveway, as well as private indoor parking in the garage.

I think this was my fourth time staying at this property, it still doesn’t disappoint! Last time I made a note suggesting more cooking pans and sure enough the owner had several more pans to choose from. I love that!

I love staying at this place! Clean, convenient, cute as can be. Owner is super responsive. The only thing I would ask for next time is for more cooking utensils and pans. Even a frying pan would be appreciated!

We were in London for conference, three of us sharing the townhouse. Everything was great, clean and comfortable. A convenient location with all amenities close by, while only 10 minutes from Western where our conference was hosted.

The place was very nice. I think the bathrooms could have been cleaner just the tub and shower and shampoo could have been in nicer container and towels out folded in bathrooms.

Great place to stay!

We were very happy staying at this townhouse. It was clean & quiet, and fit our needs perfectly. The location was great for where we needed to be, and we felt safe in the neighborhood. Communication with the owner was clear and easy. The listing stated there is a communal pool, but there is not. That might make a difference to some people in choosing this property, but it didn't affect our stay. We definitely hope to book this townhouse whenever we visit London in the future.

Not what we expected

We booked this property based on the positive reviews and so we were a bit taken aback when we had issues. There was a dishwasher full of dirty dishes, dirty linen in the closet, and a fresh pet stain with a bad odour that lasted our entire trip turning this 3 bedroom into a 2 bedroom for us. There were also several smaller maintenance issues like the toilet paper holder repeatedly falling off the wall, the shower head coming off mid shower, and the sliding shower doors popping off the rails. While we appreciated the host refunding the cleaning fee and bringing us a dehumidifier for the damp and smelly carpet, we don’t feel the property matched the description or high quality described under the listing. Hopefully these issues can be addressed for future visitors.

Wedding weekend in London

The location for our needs was very good and the townhouse was well suited for our visit. There were just a few minor things that would have made our stay perfect. The curtains on the bedroom windows were simply one panel kept pulled fully across. It made opening and closing the curtain a bit tricky. There was a lack of mugs, glasses and cutlery. A quick trip to Costco to get nicer dishes would easily solve this. The place can easily and comfortably host six people, but there were only 4 mugs, one of which was cracked, and comfortable seating for four in the living room. These are really minor issues. The home was safe, comfortable, clean and we were happy to be there. Thank you Ken.

The light in the kitchen was not working. The dishwasher was full of rotting food at the bottom and smelled terrible. The filter needs cleaning and so did the rest of the unit. It is always annoying when a place can sleep 6 yet only provides comfortable seating for 4. It would have been nice to know about garbage pickup. I needed to ask a neighbour so smelly garbage did not permeate the garage. The top of the glass cook top was very dirty and needs scraping. The knives were so dull as to be absolutely useless. We got out our Swiss Army knives. Dull knives are more dangerous than sharp. Other than that , beds , bathrooms were fine.
