This house was perfect for our visit to Tampa for my sisters wedding. There were 6 of us and we were very comfortable and happy with our choice to stay there vs. a hotel. Target and Publix very close along with other fast food. Good BBQ at Sonny’s.

It was a very easy check-in process, very clean. The pool area was just right. Everything was supplied. We didn’t have to buy too much to use in the kitchen, all the things you think you might need you have. This held 8 of us comfortably.

This house was very modern and had every amenity that we needed and more. Nice quiet neighborhood and very comfortable beds. The owner and contact were very helpful resolving a couple minor issues. Would definitely stay again if we're in the area.

OUTSTANDING PROPERTY!

We enjoyed staying at this property.. It was very clean and roomy. The property was close to shopping centers and restaurants..Pool was clean with pool toys for the children. Quite neighborhood.

Beautiful home

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Home is beautiful and spacious. Close to grocery stores. Really liked the closet space with Tons of hangers. (As you can see, we are used to three hangers in a hotel!)Pool was chilly but it did not stop us from using it. Would Highly recommend!

Family Trip for Special Event

Inside of home was absolutely beautiful! Curb appeal left a lot to be desired, however. For future reference, a nice welcome asket would be appreciated. Overall, truly enjoyed our stay. Oh yeah, the sofa in the living room could use updating. Sits a little low and for the elderly, makes it a bit difficult to sit and get up. Great place.

The home was clean Very nice neighborhood and relaxing.couple items like the grill was not clean so we did not use it and the grass was a little overgrown. Overall, it was a very nice home. Good communication with the homeowner.

Family trip

Property was beautiful. Only issues were, the master bed was not good. The bed sags in the middle so bad that we would slide into the middle and the head of the bed is lower then the foot of the bed. We turned the mattress to see if it helped and it did a little but not enough. Made it tough to get out of the bed. Only other thing was the master bath sinks did not drain well at all. Grill had not been cleaned from the last group but that was not a big deal. Only other thing is it should be listed as the pool is not heated as it was not use able because it was only 62 degrees.

Great Home—-COLD Pool

This home is very nice. Laid out well, plenty of room for large family/friend groups. . Great location. Unfortunately I did not read the fine print on the pool. There is no heater and it was freezing cold. 76F. A little warmer than the springs down the road. The reason I got the home was for the pool. It’s very unfortunate but they have chosen not to have a heater. My fault for not reading the description closer. Also no gas grill. Was a blacktop type grill, I did not feel comfortable using. That said the home was clean and very comfortable. Communicating with management was good. Would recommend for those who don’t mind not using pool and or come in summer months when pool may be warmer.

It’s also great to know you appreciated the communication with our management team and the home’s location. We’re sorry to hear that the pool not being heated affected your stay. As noted in the listing, our pool is not heated, and we’ve made this decision to help keep costs reasonable for our guests. Installing a pool heater would require a significant investment and increase in operating costs, which would ultimately affect our nightly rates. While we may consider adding a pool heater in the future, there are currently no immediate plans to do so. Regarding the grill, we previously removed it from the listing description due to concerns about proper cleaning. However, guests are welcome to use the flat-top grill as long as it is cleaned after use. That said, we plan to install a standard gas grill during our next visit to the property, which we hope will enhance the experience for future guests. We appreciate your understanding and value your feedback. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back in the future for a stay that fully meets your expectations.
