Maison luxueuse et entièrement rénovée, Spring Hill dispose d’un grand plan avec une immense cuisine entièrement approvisionnée pour les séjours de courte ou longue durée. De beaux appareils en acier inoxydable avec éclairage LED romantique dans toute la cuisine illuminent les nuits pour le confort et le plaisir. Chambres spacieuses avec grand placard et télévision dans chaque chambre, y compris le salon. Accès facile à la piscine avec une cour entièrement clôturée pour une intimité totale. Nombreuses places assises à l'extérieur pour nager et faire des grillades en famille!

Idéalement situé dans le parc national de Weeki Wachee Springs, vous pourrez faire du kayak sur une piste cristalline de 5 km de long, des plages de sable naturelles, des glissades d’eau, des spectacles de sirènes et des excursions en bateau.

15 minutes en voiture de Pine Island Beach pour le plaisir en famille sur une magnifique plage avec des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle sur la Floride.

Quartier très calme avec des voisins amicaux. La maison est située sur ½ acre de terrain privé avec beaucoup d'intimité, belle piscine avec cour entièrement clôturée pour une intimité totale.

Se déplacer:
Notre maison est située à proximité de nombreux centres commerciaux. Si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit pendant votre séjour, vous n'êtes qu'à 5 minutes d'un centre commercial avec une épicerie, des pizzerias, des bars et à peu près tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Plaza dispose également d'un centre commercial. Famous Disney World se trouve à moins de 45 minutes et l'une des sources les plus populaires de l'État de Floride, le Weeki-Wachee se trouve à seulement 5 minutes de la maison où vous pourrez pratiquer une variété d'activités, notamment des spectacles de sirènes, du kayak, de l'eau glissades et faune. Maison idéale pour la famille ou un couple pour une escapade.

We came to Florida at the last minute and we found this house available to rent. And what a beautiful home it is!! Stefan put a lot of thought into what would be needed to make your stay a pleasant one. The kitchen is very well supplied with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. Stefan responds quickly with any questions you might have. This is a very nice neighborhood and has many stores and restaurants close by. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here!!

It was wonderful to find you anticipated so many needs! Loved the items you had available. Shopping was convenient, but having so much there (tooth brushes, sugar packets, candies, first aid kit, etc.) was very thoughtful. We were quite comfortable there. Enjoyed the pool!

The home is exactly as pictured. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and spending time with our family. The home was very clean and equipped with all necessities. Great weekend spot

My family stayed here for the weekend while visiting my grandmother. This was a great little weekend spot. I have stayed in several vacation rentals and this one did several things better than most. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and snacks. The pillows on the beds were some of the most comfortable I have had. This is big for us as I travel with my pillow even to hotels because I assume they will have horrible pillows. While we didnt do any cooking this is the first plce I have seen provide hand towels in the kitchen, as someone who enjoys cooking this is one thing I have found missing in most rentals and I was pleasently surprised here. The pool was perfect for a lazy Saturday relaxing and floating. I will for sure check if this home is available next time I am in the area.

Surprise charges

The place looked amazing but after the initial excitement, some things were broken or in need of attention like light switches or ceiling fan loose on ceiling, batteries dead. The house looked clean but wasn't and the pool area was worse. But after paying and booking for the place, found an extra charge for heating the pool and to clean the grill or dishes if used. I was afraid to ask if there's an extra charge for using toilet paper. Overall, the manager did refund some charges as the pool wasn't heated and thanked me for addressing the issues for he said will be corrected for next person.

Wonderful Florida Haven

From the moment we walked in, we were delighted with the personal welcome and thoughtful (and delicious) treats. As foodies, we loved the coffee bar (!), the fully stocked kitchen and the outdoor grill. The house was beautifully decorated - we felt right at home. Centrally located to groceries, restaurants .. and don't miss the Suncoast dinner theater 20 minutes away!
