Upon entering this very spacious home you see a large wet bar with seating for four for those fun evenings spent entertaining. This home also has a separate family room with a large flat screen television and offers ample seating for all to enjoy a night in. This home offers numerous upgrades including a temperature controlled built-in wine storage for 200+ bottles of your favorite wine selections. The kitchen has all granite countertops, all stainless-steel appliances, large island with sink, and a bar with seating. The backyard has a built in BBQ, gorgeous fire pit, and enough seating for everyone while enjoying that magnificent view. Lounge in your own newly completed pool and spa, featuring salt water, Pebble Tech and a chiller feature for the hotter months. Location was fantastic for viewing and attending the American Express PGA tournament. The house is extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen - we cooked most meals rather than eating out. Management company is very responsive as well. Highly recommend this house!!!
