We were very excited for this stay, as the reviews and pictures seemed great. The property itself is fairly new, but upon check-in, was incredibly dirty. The shower drain had hair in it, the toilet upstairs looked as if someone had an upset stomach and then didn't clean it. Sheets for one bed had makeup stains, the other bed had hair all over it, including body hair. The hosts are now claiming itâs a small amount of pet hair. We checked in late, and saw the bathroom first. We contacted the host and asked her if someone could be sent the following morning, or if she could tell us where the cleaner was. She did not respond, but very loudly knocked on the door a few times at 10pm and did not respond when asked who it was. She let herself in, and did not introduce herself before asking to be led to the dirty bathroom. The property seemed like it was tidied up by the previous guests and then not touched before we entered. We checked out the next morning because it was unhygienic and the host's behaviour was inappropriate. Would recommend staying far away from this booking, and just sticking with another booking site, since this listing doesn't seem adequately screened.
