The main floor and upper level feature bright living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, flexible bedroom configurations, a restored clawfoot tub, and access to a sunny south-facing deck. The basement suite adds additional sleeping space, a second living area, and a full bathroom — ideal for guests who don’t mind a more compact, character-home environment.

Parking & Seasonal Property Care
• Off-street parking is available at the back of the property for the whole home. In winter, access to a plug-in outlet for block heaters is available where applicable.
• Snow clearing: A professional crew attends after snowfalls and aims to clear walkways and parking access within 24 hours.
• Lawn care: In summer, a crew attends weekly (weather permitting) to mow and maintain the yard.
These exterior services help keep the property safe, tidy, and well cared for throughout the year.
House Rules & Fit (Important)
Whether you’re visiting for a festival weekend, family time, medical appointments, or a longer work stay, this Broadway home is designed to be easy, comfortable, and relaxed. A few simple ways to help us keep our homes calm, comfortable, and well cared for.
• Quiet Hours & No Parties: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM out of respect for our neighbours. Our homes are intended for quiet enjoyment. Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted.
• Registered Guests Only: The reservation must accurately reflect the total number of overnight guests, including adults, children, and infants. All adult overnight guests must be registered on the reservation. Overnight visitors who are not part of the reservation are not permitted. Day visitors require prior approval.
• Booking Guest Must Stay: The person making the reservation must be one of the registered overnight guests and may be asked to verify their identity before check-in. Reservations made on behalf of another person are not permitted, except when booked through an approved company or business travel profile supported by the booking platform. We reserve the right to decline check-in if the individuals arriving do not reasonably match the reservation details or if our booking requirements have not been met.
• Booking Verification: We reserve the right to request additional verification before confirming a reservation or providing check-in instructions. This may include confirming the identity of the booking guest, the purpose of the visit, the names of all registered adult guests, and acknowledgement of these house rules.
• Rental Agreement & Security Deposit: Reservations require a completed rental agreement and a refundable security deposit authorization of up to $300. The reservation, rental agreement, and security deposit authorization must all be in the name of the registered booking guest. Both must be completed before check-in instructions are provided.
• Additional Guest Fees: The reservation includes a base number of guests. Additional guests are subject to the applicable per-guest, per-night fee for the entire stay. Any changes to the guest count must be reflected on the reservation before arrival.
• Smoke-Free Home: Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors.
• Pets: Pets are only permitted where explicitly stated in the listing. Where allowed, dogs only (no cats) are permitted with prior approval and must be included in the reservation. Please use the provided pet blanket on furniture and pick up and dispose of pet waste in the outdoor bins.
• Bike Storage: To help protect the home, bicycles are not permitted indoors.
