We loved that Salisbury beach was our backyard! The property was very clean and family friendly. The host communicated well before, during check-in and check out. We really enjoyed our stay!

The building is part of 4 units (old-looking exterior building) and we were set in the back 2nd floor, but an easy walk to the beach going through another condo's backyard, which is a shared area. You do not have a clear view from your property to the beach. I thought we would be able to sit out back and watch the waves, but that was not the layout for our condo.The condo was renovated and clean. However, it was hot with only 2 AC units and not central air. We needed to use fans to move air around by placing them strategically throughout the condo and rooms. Therefore, all the rooms' doors had to be open to help with "some" circulation and no privacy/quiet.Also, several of the plates, cups, and pans were dirty and I had to clean them again. There is not many bowls (only 3) for our family to use.The road is noisy hearing every car and the often-passing police sirens.When doing the laundry, the dryer would take 2-4 cycles to finally get the towels/clothes dry because it is a heat pump-powered dryer.If you need to use the hair dryer, you will need to not be running the AC unit to avoid blowing a fuse.The skylights in each of the rooms had no shades/curtains so early mornings were bright and if you need a dark room to sleep that will not be the case. Only the master bedroom had curtains to make it somewhat dark.The beach is beautiful and clean. It was not busy or crowed.The host did communicate very well and was gracious.
