This San Felipe Vacation Rental has the best combination of proximity to the beach (just a one-minute walk), a private indoor swimming pool, and proximity to the popular San Felipe Malecon which is full of restaurants and entertainment. The property is popular with multiple families and large groups of friends that want to travel together but also want their own space. Instead of multiple bedrooms in a single residential house, each of the six full bedrooms is like a mini apartment. All six bedrooms feature two Queen beds each (12 Queen beds total), a kitchenette with modern appliances, a formal dining area, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom has its own private entrance.

When everyone wants to get together, there are spacious common areas, shady patios, and an indoor swimming pool to enjoy. Four bedrooms are located on the second floor and two bedrooms are located on the ground floor just off the pool area. The bathrooms have been recently renovated with designer finishes and rain shower features. This recently renovated six-bedroom home is located in the heart of San Felipe just minutes from local restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping destinations, and the beach. Guests need to provide all needed towels. Clean sheets are provided. Casa Mar de Cortez is great for hosting a friends' getaway. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. After 8PM, there is an extra $25 check-in fee to cover our assistant who will work after hours to meet and greet you.
