You’ll notice 3 gypsy caravans on site which were hand made by the previous owner. The huge backyard previously hosted an annual gypsy festival to celebrate International Romani day. The backyard is really the highlight - from the moment you step into it you will feel like you have escaped into your own little paradise. The recently renovated house retains its vintage fixtures and furniture, including coloured stained glass windows and lighting pendants throughout. Clean, fresh, and functional, the house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. This is our family holiday house so we have set it up with everything that you and your guests will need to feel comfortable. Kids will love the trampoline, jetty, gypsy cubby house, kayaks, and fishing opportunities. Come and make your own memories here with your family and friends. *Please Note: Second bathroom is outside. * The front 2 Gypsy caravans are not included in this booking but may be rented for an extra fee. Whether you book them or not, the whole place is yours as they will not be rented to anyone else during your stay. Entire house and backyard including private jetty, one gypsy caravan hangout space. No garage space but carport may fit a small vehicle. Gypsy caravans at the front of the house are NOT included in this booking. If you would like to book them, please let us know and we can arrange this for you. The caravans will never be rented out to anyone else other than in your group, so the whole property is yours to enjoy. I’ll be available by messenger or phone Situated in a very quiet neighbourhood.You will feel like you’ve escaped to a waterfront paradise but it’s only a 1.5 hour drive from Sydney, and a 2 minute drive to the nearest Aldi and 5 mins drive to the Northlakes shopping centre and the local eateries and pub. It’s only a short drive to the local shops and eateries. A Car or bicycle will be needed to get around the local area. The Budgewoi lake is only a 5-10min drive away. Local beaches are about 10-15mins drive away.
