Fisherman's Countryside Escape offers some of the best amenities in Scottsboro, AL for your fishing trip, family vacation, or friends trip! On the property, you will find a propane grill, great outdoor space with a fire pit and seating, a covered and screened-in front porch for year around enjoyment, two private bedrooms, plush and comfortable furnishings in every room, and a covered boat garage with hook-ups!



Each bedroom has two queen beds and there is an additional roll-away bed to sleep a total of 5 guests during your stay. The main living space consists of a cozy living area, kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher), two private bathrooms, dining space, and in-unit laundry. Every bed featured high-quality sheets and pillows for your and your guest's comfort during your stay.

The place was clean and well-stocked with basic necessities, very convenient location, close to lots of restaurants and boat ramps, but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of town. Everything worked well and the host was a joy with which to deal, very responsive and kept communication open the entire stay. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great location for fishermen. 2nd time to stay here and will stay again. 1 thing that this house needs is a bigger TV. Hard to watch 22" screen in the living room. 50" or better would be my request.

Check in was a breeze, location is great. A couple minutes to Waterfront or Goosepond. Neighborhood was quiet. The only issue I had was that it hadn’t been cleaned from the last guest when I arrived. Beds unmade, trash in the can, dirty towels in the washer, dirty dish rag in the sink etc. It was late when I arrived so I just washed the sheets myself, made the bed and went to bed. I messaged the host and the responded immediately, was apologetic and had a cleaning crew out the next morning. When I came off the lake the place was very clean and a nice note was left. Mistakes happen and again, the host were on top of it. Communication was excellent and I do recommend this place for fishermen. Plenty of room to get your boat backed into the garage. Only thing I’d suggest is bigger TVs. 22” TVs are tiny.

Dangerous property. No care on outside property. Husband fell on leaf covered edge of drive. Cracked 3 ribs, bruised ribs also and busted hand. I would not recommend renting this property. The original pictures of the property online didn’t show outside of the property just inside.

There are plenty of services nearby. Close to public boat ramps for those fishing Lake Guntersville. The place was clean and tidy. Tv in living room is small. Had mi or issue with internet, which was corrected quickly. Management team was excellent to work with as was their communication.

It was a great place to stay. The air condition is super cold. Very nice after being on the water fishing to come into a nice cool place very clean very nice. Will definitely stay there again when I come back down.
