This property is very clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower’s water pressure was excellent. The kitchen is well stocked. The house is centrally located to the beach, the pier, and to shops. The decor is a tasteful, classic beach theme. The outdoor first floor has a large area for entertaining. We had a relaxing stay and will definitely be back!

Very nice property located by several places to eat and entertainment for all ages. Also a Perfect spot for using a golf cart to get around due to the location in Emerald Isle and not being locked in by non-golf cart allowed roads.

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect spot for our stay at Emerald Isle. Clean, quiet, and a quick walk to the beach! Our hosts were terrific! They communicated with us ahead of our visit and offered some tips on restaurants and things to do, which I really appreciated. And we were very happy our dogs could be with us!!!! Thanks for a great vacation!

Great base camp near the beach

This was our first time in Emerald Isle after being OBXers for 30 years. This place was great! Really enjoyed the quick walk to the private beach entry! Just far enough from the pier that it was less crowded. Check in was extremely easy. Thanks for having us!

Enjoyable stay, close to everything!

We really enjoyed our stay, and the property’s proximity to the beach, pier and restaurants. The house itself and the furnishings are quite dated/basic, and the steep stairs leading to the door could benefit from repair. But overall, we were happy that there was plenty of space and we could bring our dog.

The communication with the hist was horrible. The out door grill and fireplace are barely working, but the location and the overall stay was good.

Great spot!

Super simple check-in process and a clean property. The only issue was a bathtub that had trouble draining. Otherwise was super close to the beach and was a great place to stay!

Very quiet neighborhood makes you feel at home. Everything was as pictured and represented in the pictures. Nice easy walk to food or the beach. Great outside shower and entertainment area below the home. This will be a repeat location for us in the future.

I could not say enough positive things about this place, the owners, and this experience. The house is beautiful and very clean. The beach is just a short walk from the house. The owners were very friendly, and had wonderful communication with us while we were there. We will definitely be back!
