The cottage was perfect for our stay! Wonderful to be right on the water and close to amenities. We took full advantage of the water, getting lots of swimming and kayaking in. Can't say enough good things about the property, hosts and the location!

Amazing location and lake house

We had an amazing vacation here! Kids loved swimming and exploring the nature trails. Plenty of space and very clean and comfortable.

Our family's vacation

What a great little gem! Directly on the lake, shallow beach front, very quiet area! The lake house has everything you need to unwind. Host are quick to respond.

Fantastic Lake House!

My family of five had a great long weekend here. Clean and spacious house, great deck, firepit and dock by a clear and quiet lake. General store and a few restaurants just a few mins drive away. Shelley and Henry were wonderful hosts and made sure we settled in well. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful cottage and area! A nice and quiet lake. We stayed with some friends and all our kids. The shallow beach was perfect for the kids to play in and lots of sand to build castles. The cottage is very spacious for us all. We had a blast and will definitely rent again. The owners were super friendly and easy to get a hold of. Place is very clean and organised too.

Great Family Retreat week

We had a wonderful week here and there was something for everyone of all ages to do! One day other family members joined us and we had lots of room to spread out and dishes/cookware for a great BBQ dinner. The sit-in kayaks are excellent quality and the paddle boat, beach, dock, and firepit got a good workout. Lovely quiet nature surroundings.

Amazing lake house

This is a beautiful, well decorated and completely equipped house just right on the lake. We love our staying at this lake house. it was really clean and it had everything for our day-to-day cooking. We particularly enjoyed the shollw lake and the barbeque. It is a lovely place that is worth to visit. We defently would love to go back.

Rockingham Wedding

Fabulous. We attended a wedding in rockingham, and this was the perfect location. Everything in this cottage deserves an A+. The only surprise was we had to bring our own bed sheets. Did not see it in the description. Thanks for sharing your place.

Gem of a Lakefront Property

We were 4 Adults, an 11 and 4 year old and a 4 month old. We were very comfortable. Very spacious, 2 level, lakefront home with a beautiful view. Lots of room in the house and on the decks. There are 2 fire pits and a walkout to the shallow part of the lake. Lovely sunroom. The hosts have lots of games, floaties and life jackets (child to adult sizes)All the usual kitchen appliances and smaller appliances of a modern kitchen. The hosts were very easy to communicate with leading up to our stay and flexible to our requests. We enjoyed our 4 night stay and would definitely stay at this lovely Lake House again. We would recommend this for a family gathering, girls getaway or a guys fishing trip or just a friends hangout. We loved our stay!
