Beautiful place, had all the necessities and then some (we were sad the nights were cloudy and we didn’t get to use the telescope). Really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful view of the Sound, Olympics and cruise ships venturing to the Sea. The beds were comfortable to sleep, after a day of visiting. The kitchen well stocked with supplies and many pieces of art in the house. We played numerous board and card games. It is very affordable compared to similar vacation rentals.

Good family vacation spot

Well stocked, beautiful house, with spectacular view of the sound. Feeling of the country but within driving distance of a town with everything you may need and a abundance of things to do in the natural wonderland. Guests can leave the island via deception point bridge or the ferries making every journey an experience, although the coupeville ferry is tide dependent. What a wonderful place to call home when away from home.

Majestic and stunning

From the moment we walked in, it was clear that a great deal of care had gone into the interior design of this stunning home, perfectly capturing a serene coastal vibe. My family and I eagerly looked forward to every sunrise and sunset, with breathtaking views of the sound and mountains as the backdrop. The location couldn’t have been better with just minutes from both Oak Harbor and downtown Coupeville. One of the highlights for us was feeding the deer, which added an extra touch of charm to our stay. The open and responsive communication with the property manager gave us peace of mind throughout our visit. Without a doubt, this will be our go-to home every time we return to Whidbey Island.

Stunning views, great location

Overall, our stay was great and we would stay here again. Pros: Stunning views. Location is perfect to explore all of Whidbey. Neighborhood is quiet and you’ll often find yourself watching the local fauna. Pickleball court at community center was a highlight Neutral: The thick pillow toppers on the queen beds are attached to the mattresses and not removable. (We prefer harder mattresses, but don't take off any stars for mattress firmness - everyone's preference is different) Weaknesses: The front door code was not updated per the check-in instructions we received. The bed downstairs has no way to block light shining down the stairwell from upstairs if people have different bedtimes. The door leading outside downstairs did not have the updated lock code either. The kitchen is well-stocked, but to the point of being cluttered. One only needs so many cups. There is no extra shelf/cabinet/pantry space to store items you bring yourself except on the bar counter or small kitchen table, which means there's not a lot of space to sit down and eat at the counter/table without rearranging everything all the time. The house has cute decor in every room, but a lot of it is very dusty. You have to pay $5 per person to use the pool *every* time you go. There was not a current year pass, but pool did accept last year's pass. There is no beach access as advertised unless you want to jump off a cliff. Stairs/access have been removed due to erosion. Listing description needs updating.
