We absolutely loved this house! Location was perfect with so many things within walking distance. The house itself is stunning! So much space, fully stocked kitchen and beautifully decorated! We will be staying here again!

We stayed at this home in June of 2026. This is a new build that had all the fine touches. We loved the space, the layout and this home became a favorite for our family reunion. We sat out on the porch and grilled a few nights. The home was close to town and just a stones throw away from the lake. We enjoyed some beautiful sunsets on the porch. Would highly recommend.

The house is stunning, beautifully decorated with top notch appliances. The owners have thought of everything and is the perfect layout. Highly recommend staying here. Every room is comfortable and well designed. You are walking distance to everything in Boyne. If you are wanting luxury accommodations with an up north place to stay this is it.

We were very impressed with the house, location & how everything you could need was there. Everything is brand new and the house was well designed for a lot of people. Great communication throughout the stay. We loved the location, an easy walk to the marina, playground and downtown. We will absolutely be back

What a wonderful property! This home is absolutely stunning with great attention to detail. Plenty of space to spread out with a group. Fully equipped with every convenience, appliances, dishes, etc. Beds/linens super comfortable as well. Walkable to Boyne City for restaurants / shopping and also some views of Lake Charlevoix. We would definitely recommend this home and look forward to coming back again!

Great home for a large family

We spent a long weekend skiing with our 5 teenage and twenty something kids. This home was perfect for our stay and gave us everything we needed. Spacious areas to hang out and play games. Beds were comfy. Walking distance to downtown. Clean, beautiful home. Kitchen was great for cooking large meals. The balcony would be a great space in spring or summer. Highly recommend.

Amazing 5 STAR Northern MI home!!!

These property is amazing! New spacious home with all the bells and whistles, but also thoughtful touches. Well designed and very roomy house— perfect layout for our family ski trip! Plenty of rooms for cousins to spread out together! Located in quaint neighborhood, walking distance to downtown boyne city and great views of Lake Charlevoix! Only 6 min from Boyne Mt! We will surely be back! Thank you for a great stay, all the accommodations you made for us, and all the extra helpful info!
