Vacation in the gorgeous Victorian House of Boyne! 2 bathrooms / 4 bedrooms. Located only 3 blocks from town or the harbor! It’s a quick walk to the restaurants and all the excitement! Watch spectacular sunsets from Café Sante or Lake Street Pub!

Sip coffee or wine on the wrap-around porch! There is a private yard with a relaxing hot tub and a lounge with a fire pit. Hang out in the spacious side yard for bonfires and games (yard Yahtzee or corn bag toss). There is a pool table and Foos ball tables in the garage. Relax and watch the stars come out! Plenty of parking for the entire family or a couple of snowmobile trailers! Victorian House of Boyne has four unique bedrooms plus a pull out full size couch. The Mackinac Room has a king size bed. The Sunrise Room, Beach Room and Captain Quarters all have queen size beds. The Parlor Game Room has a full size pull out couch. In addition, there are 3 toddler cots and a playpen/bed for little ones. There is one full bathroom upstairs and one full bathroom downstairs. A highchair is also available. Free Wifi is available throughout the property. Everything you need for a trip to the beach is ready for your use. (Towels, chairs, coolers, umbrellas, toys and a wagon)

The gourmet kitchen is ready for any meal you want to prepare. Of course, there is a grill for those delicious cookouts! You can dine indoors or outdoors. There is a table for six on the patio or another larger table in the dining room with additional eating space at the bar counter. A washer/dryer is available on the first floor. Enjoy the Parlor Game Room stocked with books, puzzles, cards, and games. The home and yard are quite spacious with plenty of room for families to stretch out.

Peninsula Beach Park is less than a mile away. They have a new Splash pad for the kids and pavilion. Young State Park with its beautiful beach is less than 3 miles away. Golf courses and Wineries are just a short drive away. For water fun, you can dock your own boat at the harbor or rent a jet ski, pontoon, or paddleboards from Boyne Water Sports! During the summer, Boyne City hosts Stroll the Streets on Fridays nights for an evening of music. Every Saturday morning is Farmer’s Market for fresh food and delights. Avalanche Mountain is only a mile away for hiking & disc golf in the summer and sledding & ice skating in the winter. It’s a 6 mile drive to Boyne Mountain for world class skiing, winter tubing, and cross country skiing. Snowmobile trails are close by too. It's the perfect location for summer fun or winter sports. '

Just wrapped up 5 days here as a family of 6 and it was fantastic! Perfect location to walk to the town and to the beach! The beds were so comfortable and the sheets some of the softest we’ve found! The hot tub was a huge hit with the kids and the game room helped us make memories for a life time. Couldn’t say enough awesome things about the home and Karol!

The property is located just a few blocks from the downtown area, marina and waterfront along the east end of lake Charlevoix.We walked a few blocks down the street to Veteran's Park on Saturday morning and enjoyed a very lovely farmer's market.The kitchen is big & well appointed.We had plenty of room for three couples.The bedrooms were all very nice with big, comfortable beds.There is a nice side yard off the driveway, which we did not use.The big, wraparound porch is very inviting and tranquil.We would all come back again!

Great place to stay for a generational family vacation. 6 adults, and 2 grands.Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We loved coffee on the porch in the mornings, happy hour on the patio and family dinners. Smores and fires in the evenings too. The location is great for day trips to Mackinac Island, shopping in Petoskey, Charlevoix, and Harbor Springs. Easy communication with our host.

Kitchen was well equiped for anything we needed. Beds were comfortable. It was a perfect location to be able to walk downtown and enjoy the water. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. When we did have a problem she called someone to look at it right away.

Great place!

This home was perfect for our family weekend away! Our granddaughter was delighted with the murals all over the house. Plenty of room - hot tub was great after skiing - kitchen is well stocked! Clean - comfortable - would recommend to anyone!

Victorian home.

It was as beautiful and decorated as the images showed. We loved the pool table, fire pit and hot tub after a day out exploring Michigan. Very comfortable beds and the showers were perfect.

Hot tub was definately hot enough. Kitchen was awesome. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of room to spread out in the house. Disappointed that the gas grill was not clean and no propane.

The property is conveniently located for going to the wine the surrounding wineries.

The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Good location. Us "girls" felt safe in the area. The property is highly recommended.

Beautiful area

Can't beat the location. We pretty much never got back in our car, so close to downtown, easy walking. House I has everyone needed. Hottub was great, the pool table and Foosball set in garage got alot of use.

We have been coming to Boyne City for over 20 years with our children. They learned to ski at Boyne Mountain and hiked Avalanche Mountain. For many years we have gathered our families at Young State Beach to celebrate 4th of July. It's now time for our grandchildren to build memories. We love sharing our home with others. We hope you have wonderful memories of Boyne City.

We love the modern Victorian style house. It's been updated into a whimsical place to relax and enjoy. Swinging on the porch swing with a glass of wine as the day winds down is one of our favorite past times. There seems to be endless room for the family.

Boyne City is a everything you need for a perfect Northern Vacation. Our home even has a baseball field behind it for a great family game.
