Great property which was clean, along with a great location…close to AMI (Anna Maria Island) and all the shopping you’d ever need…close to restaurants…3 bed, 2 bath with hot tub & pool…very reasonable on the price…I would definitely stay again

We had a wonderful stay at this Florida home! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation, and the location was convenient to nearby attractions, restaurants, and beaches. The property was well maintained, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire process easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Florida! Just 10 minutes from the beach so that’s a plus

Enjoyed our rental and house was clean and ample size for our family. Pool and outdoor area was nice however water was a bit cool and hot tub was a great feature. The one fault was that the hot tub had to be cleaned out and drained in the middle of our vacation. Property was well located, in a nice neighborhood and close to both supermarkets, restaurants and golf with proximity to AMI beaches. Would certainly consider renting again next year.

it was pretty nice, very clean, hot tub and pool was very nice. I did find it odd that there were no dressers in any of the rooms, feel like that would be a nice addition, also toilet paper is very bad, be sure to bring your own. Drive to beach is accurate if your going early in the morning or late in the evening, if you plan on going mid day except 30 plus min drives.

Vacation w family

The property was just what we wanted. The lanai area was our favorite for hanging out, in the jacuzzi and the pool, eating dinner and watching tv. The neighborhood was clean and quiet too.

This house was exactly what we needed. Perfect location to get to LECOM Park and to Anna Maria Island, and other places in the region. Clean. Spacious. Large hot tub. We enjoyed our stay.

Bday vacation

Overall stay was great. Nice bright bedrooms great outdoor seating to hang out. Pool was and hot tub were a great plus. Would definitely stay there again. Everyone was so responsive when I had a question or problem. Only thing I would say is outside patio could be kept a little cleaner with just some sweeping or hosing down.

The property was clean, with lots of extras. Great pool area. Had a checkin problem but it was my fault. The email with the checkin info had gone to spam. I would stay again.

Girlfriends get away in Bradenton.

We had a great time at this beautiful VRBO. Our goal relaxation so the pool and outdoor space was great. Home is clean and spacious. Our only suggestion is that the dining area has a table and chairs to accommodate guest . Plenty of outdoor dining. We would definitely consider this in the future.dining

Location

The location of this property is wonderful! Quick trips to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Suggestion: hot tub needs filter change and takes up space in lanai so no where to have a lounge chair for sunbathing. I wonder if it’s a necessity. House was very clean and had everything we needed.

I would not return to the place, it is not what it seems, besides the host does not respond, since we arrived the house had a bad smell, the kitchen in very bad condition, nothing looks like the photos, I had a delay when leaving and they charged me 200 dollars
