What a wonderful place. Obviously a lot of love and care went into this home. Very spacious and super comfortable beds. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a busy day.

We enjoyed our stay, plenty of room for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids, and it was clean and tidy. We were a bit confused on arrival at the amount of personal belongings in the house (clothes, food etc), like someone had just left, so we could stay.

I have updated our description of the property to make it more clear of our circumstances and guests are not perplexed like you were! It now reads "Please note that this is a lived in family home that we rent intermittently. Therefore please expect that there will be clothes in the main bedroom wardrobe and some food in the cupboards. There is free wardrobe space in the queen spare bedroom. We leave condiments in the fridge for your use and any spices/pantry items you need last minute, feel free to use. If this makes you feel uncomfortable, please do not rent this property."

Great home with lots of extras

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a 15 minute walk to the main beach/shopping area and the home has everything you could need, even a patio with a pizza oven. The beds are also super comfy. Thanks for having us!

Coastal getaway

We had a lovely couple of days with the kids. Close to the beach, splash pad and play park. Lovely home and outdoor space in a quiet area. Enjoyed a soak in the hot tub.

Exactly what we wanted

We were 4 senior women who loved the property and enjoyed our visit. Everything we expected although we did expect a hot tub which we couldn’t find but enjoyed it anyway, Would happily come again.

Owner was great - very accommodating (allowing us to leave a vehicle & some gear prior to check-in time which was greatly appreciated).Spa was part of my search criteria - temp was set at 41.5 - lovely for lying back watching stars/satellites. However did notice in the morning that the water should be changed soon.Property was perfect for the purpose of the stay - celebrating a special birthday with special people. Thanks

Cute home in Raumati Beach

The host was amazing with her communication- it was someone’s home but presented well and with 3 bedrooms, large kitchen, lounge and outdoor area it was perfect for our multi generational family stay. There is not a lot of accommodation in Raumati and this home was close to the village shops & beach - about a 10 minute walk or quick drive.

Lovely New Year's stay

A small group of us stayed over New Years. We had a lovely time with a couple BBQs and trips to the beach. Paula was a very welcoming host, having left us some pizza dough to make our own pizzas with which was a hit! If you're looking for a nice wee spot about 15 minutes from the beach this place is perfect. Thank you Paula!
