À moins de trois minutes de la plage sĂ©curisĂ©e de Waikanae, cette propriĂ©tĂ© a tout ce que vous souhaitez pour des vacances Ă  la mer relaxantes et confortables.
Environ 8 minutes en voiture de Sudbury, lieu de mariage et d'événements.
Attractions locales telles que Nga Manu Wildlife Reserve, Waikanae Pool complex. Loco Model Train Park, Coastlands Shopping Centre, Lindale Farm Centre, Southward Car Museum, à 17 km du parc animalier de Stagland, promenades dans la brousse et balades dans les Tararuas et la réserve d'oiseaux indigÚnes de l'ßle Kapiti.
À distance de marche des produits laitiers et des cafĂ©s, du court de tennis et de l'aire de jeux.
Grand garage double et stationnement hors rue.

Le salon, la chambre double et la chambre principale s'ouvrent tous sur la terrasse extérieure.
Il y a trois chambres à l'intérieur de la maison, une salle de bain attenante pour la chambre principale, un WC séparé et une salle de bain avec douche / baignoire pour les deux autres chambres. Au-dessus du garage, la salle de jeux peut accueillir six personnes avec un espace supplémentaire pour s'asseoir et regarder la télévision et jouer à des jeux, etc. Nous avons également fourni une sélection de livres, magazines, jouets et jeux de société. Cette zone a une salle de bain en bas avec vanité, douche et WC.
Votre séjour comprend également de nombreux draps, serviettes et serviettes de plage de qualité. Peut accueillir confortablement 13 personnes.

Home away from home!

Lovely place to stay. The fence at the bottom of the garden,(left and right- hand corners) our dog managed to get out off ,so needs to be fenced off a bit more! The back garden was very well fenced . Really appreciated the dairy free and GF food items in the fridge. Clean,tidy house.

Our Northland Golf team had a fantastic stay for a week - the house was perfect and Anne Marie our host was so great even making us a lasagna for our arrival. Beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. I can only highly recommend staying at Twin Palms. A big thank you!

Hi, I'm Anne Marie and I live in Lower Hutt (about 45 minutes from Waikanae Beach). Myself and my husband Brian have 5 Kids, the youngest is 18. We run our own business and I look after Twin Palms. We all love Waikanae Beach and have spent many fun and happy times at Twin Palms.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We searched for years to find a property that we as a family could use and rent out to holiday makers. We decided that the house had to have a welcoming feel, had to be a few minutes to the beach, had to be large enough for bigger groups of families/friends to stay and had to have a large deck to cater for a big group. When our family is at Twin Palms, especially in the summer time, we spend most of the time on the 3 level deck which has easy capacity to seat a good sized group. It is a fantastic sun trap as well. We also decided that when we had family trips away to other areas of New Zealand we hated taking our own linen and towels, hence the reason we provide all linen and fully made beds for all our holiday makers free of charge as well as no charge for cleaning.

Short walk to 3 great local cafes/bars and a well stocked dairy, bakery and takeaway. Also close to a great 4 Square food market on Tutere Street.

Couple of minutes walk to the fantastic, sandy and safe Waikanae Beach, as well as being 5 minutes walk from the well known and popular Waikanae Golf club.
