Finding all the information we needed for check in and out was very easy. The place was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We had a great time.

Great place to relax after a busy day!

The accommodations were great! Very clean and easy to get comfortable in after travelling around the city. Everything you need is there and the host was great to connect with and make sure our needs and questions were answered. Give it a try and you won’t be disappointed.

Responsive host, great neighbourhood, promoted as listed

There were 4-5 of us and we stayed for 8 days late June early July. The place is well-equipped, everything is listed as advertised, clean and comfortable. Host is friendly and responsive. We can walk to Yonge and Barthurst (20-25 minutes and lots of shops, restaurants. A trail makes a nice walk after meals.

We liked the location and price For sleeping, as we were 4 adults and 3 older teenagers the beds were less comfortable for us. More bed pillows would be nice Paper forks in the kitchen and hand towels in the kitchen and main floor bathroom would have been nice Bathtub was not all that clean The home was comfortable and quite cute Kitchen was lovely Thank you for a nice stay at your home Audrey and family

Not as advertised!

The fourth bedroom is in a windowless basement room. Only one way to exit the basement. No windows. I am pretty sure that renting a basement bedroom with no window is illegal in Ontario. The home description DOES NOT indicate that the 4th bedroom is in the basement. The basement has a very bad smell. I asked if there were twin beds in the fourth bedroom before I rented, the host said yes. Two uncomfortable narrow halves of a sofa bed were provided. House not particularly clean, shabby, and very poorly maintained. Bolt sticking out of outside of stair handrail, broken drawer on bureau, ripped screen, coffee pot cracked and unusable etc. Yard was overgrown, weedy and uncared for. We were travelling with children. The queen bed and one of the upstairs twins were comfortable, the others had thin mattresses and were uncomfortable. The air conditioner was not turned on when we arrived, house was very hot. We called the host for help with setting the air conditioner but received no response. We have stayed in many VRBO properties with a high rating. This property does NOT allign with the reviews posted. We arrived late in the day so we had to stay one night but cancelled the balance of our stay found other much better accomodation for our trip.
