We manage multiple apartments in this building and neighborhood. You will be allotted one of the many apartments at this address. It may be possible that the photos are not an exact match since the layout of various apartments is different. However, the size, area, facilities, and amenities of all apartment is the same. By reserving this property, the guest agrees that they are acceptable to the fact that photos may not exactly match the actual apartment which they are allotted and they will not stake any claim for mismatch of the photos


A video tour of the apartment is available on request.  Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check-in and must be staying at the property.



During your stay, the flat is 100% yours. We ask you to use our accommodation as you would your own home, treat the equipment provided with respect, and be considerate to your neighborhood. In order for you to get the most out of it, we recommend you follow these few simple rules. These will avoid any misunderstandings and will ensure that the house/apartment stays in good order.
