A nice place to stay

Clean, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Very conveniently located to downtown and the Las Vegas Strip. Would stay again.

Great spot off the strip

this vrbo was a great spot to stay with easy access downtown and to the strip. We had some issue getting in contact with the owner because there was no wifi information upon arrival and took a day to hear back. Everything else was great - nice pool, plenty of space, great to have laundry.

Easy to communicate

I texted Karen if we can check in early, she said its okay to arrive earlier and I requested if we could check out late and she was okay with that too; but we did check out before 11:30 since we finished cleaning and stripping the beds. Easy to communicate to Karen and very accommodating. The location is in the nice neighborhoods and the place is well maintain. Thank you for letting us stay.

Nice place but......

The house is nice and it has a pool. Check in was easy process, but did not like having to use a key every time. Would prefer a coded door lock. The house was not cleaned prior to our arrival, sheets and towels on the floor just like when someone checks out. Contacted the local contact for the property and they did apologize and would have someone there the next morning to clean. We checked in late. So had to wash bed clothes to be able to sleep. The beds are terrible and uncomfortable. They will only hold one person at best. Two people if they are small. It seemed there was no cold water, only hot when washing clothes or doing dishes. Pool was kinda dirty. Had to clean the filter on the pool cleaner. There was a pool man, he showed up at 4am with no warning, coming into the yard, we thought it was a prowler and he didn't even clean the pool, just put some chlorine tabs in. I was promised a refund, never received it. Was not expecting a full refund, but one night would have been fine given the state of the property when we checked in. TV's in every room, that was great, but very hard to sleep in those beds and be comfortable. The 2 bathrooms are very small for a 4 bedroom house. I can't say that I would stay here again.

Great Rental Location

I rented this location through Marriott Home & Villas for my wedding in Vegas back in April 2024. This was our first time doing a home rental. It really was a great location with just a few issues.Pros: A/C worked amazingly well and kept the entire place cool the whole time especially during the hot Vegas weather. Pet friendly location that accepts cats (very, very few places accept cats). Plenty of parking available in driveway and on street. Good safety measures in place (e.g., locked gates & windows). Very spacious rooms. Smart TVs available in multiple rooms. Reliable and fast WiFi service (I was able to work remote and have smooth video call sessions on my laptop). All the kitchen appliances worked well. Water pressure was good and to our liking. Beds were comfortable to sleep on. Property manager was very kind, professional and helpful. She was always available via email and phone to help answer our questions and approved us for a late checkout as well.Cons: There were a few cockroaches that popped up in the converted den that is now a bedroom. We killed them no problem. Not enough towels, dinnerware or utensils were provided (we ended up buying some cheap ones at Target to use for the 2 weeks we were there). Outdoor pool was always dirty with dust, dirt, and trash (maintenance came by and explained that it is due to the high winds and low fence clearance around the pool area). Thus we did not get to use the outdoor pool at all. One dining chair broke while our guest was sitting on it (we reported it to the property manager).Overall, I would recommend this rental location for its convenience to the strip, pet friendly for cats, great A/C especially during those hot months, and positive property manager experience. Thank you so much!!!

Not a nice or long stay property.

Don't let the throw pillows fool you, this property is barely put together. I took the risk of booking it for a work trip when it was a new posting and had zero reviews. That was just a few months back and already it looks like it is falling apart. If you are looking for a place you can throw a party, perhaps this is the spot but for 4 business professionals it was uncomfortable to say the least. Just like the other review, we had no information left in the home or on the welcome email about wifi. Ironically there is a frame inside that says Wifi Pswd and Network but is blank. We reached out to the house contact and it took a day The couch had a cheap cover on it, that wasn't clean, covering what looked like bleach stains on the bottom. There was a stain on the rug in the living room. One of the dining room chairs was broken and thrown upside down in a storage room that had no door. One of the bedrooms had different dark linens on it than the photograph and the comforter was also bleach stained. (I suppose that proved it had been washed) Back bedroom had what looked like a burn stain on the carpet but could have been animal feces caked into it. Several slats on the blinds were broken and shoved in a corner behind furniture. This opening on blinds proved useful for the "Lawn" man that showed up at 6am with a leaf blower and stood in front of the opening far too long looking inside. Scorpions inside the house. (I know, it's the desert) 4 towels in the entire home. 1 bowl.
