Bathed in golden desert light and framed by the majestic mountain views, Green Hill Oasis is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat in the serene heart of Indio. With irresistible charm and captivating, picturesque views, this home invites you to unwind and recharge in total comfort. The true magic lies just outside—your private backyard oasis opens to vast skies and sweeping desert vistas, creating the perfect setting for outdoor relaxation and stargazing under the open sky.



Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required and will be collected prior to your stay. Full details provided upon booking.

For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed. Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages.

The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking.

Pets: Pets are subject to approval. Pet cleaning fees apply and vary depending on the breed and size.



*Work vehicles are not permitted to be parked inside the community.

The three additional bedrooms are generously sized, offering flexibility for families, visiting guests, or anyone needing an office. The layout works well for longer stays, giving everyone enough space to spread out.



Step into the backyard and you’ll find one of the home’s best features—a private outdoor space with sweeping mountain views and a wide-open desert sky. It’s a great spot for slow mornings, dinner outside, or evenings under the stars.



An attached garage offers secure parking and additional storage—useful for keeping things organized. Guest Access:

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities.



To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location.

Getting Around:

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.



Other Things to Note:

You will be greeted by a Service Coordinator upon your arrival. Thereafter, we are available for any questions or suggestions on where to go and what to do by phone or text.

We encourage guests to text us or call during their stay if they need anything or have any questions.

Trash pickup is on Thursday mornings around 6 am. Please place trash cans near driveway prior to pick up.



Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people who will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.



The golf course is private property. If you are not a paid golfer, please stay off the course. The HOA views unauthorized golf course access as trespassing. Please park in driveway or garage, do not park on street.

Maintenance was an issue. The house was poorly prepared for luxury living that was expected. Cleanliness was lacking along with, electrical problems, plumbing and garage clutter. The property really could use an update. Neighborhood and views were acceptable however the description of the property was misleading.
