Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear that you loved your stay and enjoyed the home's convenient location, cleanliness, beautiful rooms, and pool. We're also glad our team was able to provide prompt communication and assistance before and during your visit. Regarding the pool service, we do send advance notice when the pool maintenance team is scheduled to visit, and this information is also included in our rental agreement. We appreciate your understanding, as regular service helps keep the pool clean and ready for our guests to enjoy. We also appreciate your feedback about the gate entry process. While the community gate operations are managed separately and unfortunately outside of our control, we understand how frustrating a long wait can be, especially on busy check-in days. We have been informed that improvements are being worked on to help streamline the process in the future. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We truly appreciate your kind words and would be honored to host you again on your next visit! Warm regards, Wonder Vacation Homes
