Here we have your holiday house "with the lot". Set on gorgeous landscaped gardens, complete with a solar heated swimming pool, this home will not fail to impress. It features 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one with a bath) and an outdoor area to envy! The house is recently renovated and the owners have lovingly thought of everything that is needed to make a perfect family holiday.
The floor plan flows perfectly so that it can accommodate a large extended family or 2-3 families very comfortably across two levels. There are multiple areas so you can all be together or you can easily escape for some quiet time.
The upstairs areas features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open planned living space (with air conditioner, ceiling fan and a gas log fire and large wall mounted Smart TV) and kitchen (with coffee machine and dishwasher). This leads to a large dining area with a ceiling fan and open fire place and large bi fold windows opening up to a lovely view of the back yard.
The downstairs has 2 further bedrooms, a bathroom and living room. This leads out to the back yard that features an alfresco dining area with outdoor kitchen (BBQ and a separate oven), large solar heated pool (10m x 8m), pizza oven and a firepit.
There is ducted heating throughout and cooling via the split systems in both living rooms and the master bedroom.
All of this and it's just a short 5-10 minute walk to the Koonya General Store and Blairgowrie beach and only 3 kms to the upmarket Sorrento shops and front beach. It's a fantastic gateaway to the Peninsula Hot Springs, golf courses and wineries.
Please note the solar heater in the pool is turned on during the months of November to April and requires the sun to be effective.
