Our experience at this cottage was fantastic, second to none. The amenities are plentiful, the hot tub was a big bonus and our whole family enjoyed it. the cottage is outstanding, very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of space for 12 of us! The waterfront is easily accessible and the beach entry, canoe, kayak and paddle boards were most appreciated. Everyone had lots of fun! Werner, the cottage owner is very helpful and quick to respond. We hope to rent again in the future! We made wonderful family memories at this beautiful cottage!

We have nothing but amazing things to say about this Cottage. We visited for a week with four generations, including a six month old and a 92-year-old and it exceeded all of our expectations! The Cottage itself is beautiful, incredibly clean, inviting, great layout, and has everything you need. The property is perfect with a beautiful water front (that you can both walk into & jump off the dock), beautiful fire pit, swim spa, and children’s play area. Werner was an amazing host, helping us make sure we had everything we needed & making the experience so easy for us. Would highly highly recommend this property, you won’t be disappointed !! Big thanks to Werner for such an amazing stay!

A superb property. Beautiful setting, furnishing top rate, excellent indoor and outdoor equipment.We had a fabulous time so much room for all the family, enough games and things to do for two weeks. Very friendly locals too. Werner had thought of everything and not even the most persnickety person could find anything to complain about!Thank you so much for a wonderful time ,if we didn’t live in GB we would be back next weekend.

We brought four generations together to have a family vacation and this cottage was perfect. There were so many activities to keep everyone busy. There is lots of space both inside and out. The cottage has everything you need. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and it’s such a bonus to have four bathrooms. The lake is beautiful and great for swimming right off the dock. The kids absolutely loved the ‘park’ area as they called it and all ages were able to play garden games. The fire pit area is one of our favourites. Werner is a great host and is easy to communicate with. They truly have thought and f everything to have an amazing experience. Thank you from our family for the memories!

We brought our parents for their 50th Anniversary. What a fantastic place to stay!! There is nothing that you will find you need that isn't provided! Right down to a much needed Teapot. Everything is excellent quality. We thoroughly enjoyed canoeing on the lake and our daughter couldn't get enough of the paddle board. We enjoyed every second of our stay. We can't wait to come again!!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, and full of amenities!

Truly enjoyed our stay at Werner's cottage. It was gorgeous, tidy, cozy and had lots of activities (e.g., canoe, kayak, foosball, and ping pong). Additionally, his cottage was fully stocked and even included a welcome smores kit! Werner was a great host - he was responsive, informative, and very helpful. We would highly recommend Werner's cottage!

Great Experience - will be coming back

Our experience was perfect from beginning to end! Werner was friendly and responsive throughout, and was flexible with our requests. The house was spotless and perfectly matched everything we’d seen in the photos. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back. 10/10 would recommend!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful long weekend! The property and location was beautiful. The cottage was in perfect condition and spotless. There were lots of games and activites for all ages. Our girls loved the ping pong tables and it generated lots of laughs! Werner was quick to respond to any questions and provided lots of information prior to arrival which made the whole experience seamless. Look forward to returning!

Stillwater cottage

10 of us from 10 months to 80+enjoyed a week there. Very large, well equipped with toys and watercraft for everyone. Good communication with host. Whitestone is not renowned for fishing but we caught several bass over 12 inches, as well as small pike.

Great stay at Stillwater Lakehouse!

We had a great time at Stillwater. We were a group of 10 - including kids and grandparents. There was something to do for everyone. Kids had fun swimming, using the mini canoes, hammocks throughout and were also able to catch pretty decent size fish off the dock. The home is spacious and well set-up for multiple families (close but not too close :)). The Muskoka room was my favourite - spacious, warm, sunny and no bugs. Werner was very helpful and responsive before and throughout our stay. Thanks for letting us use your home!
