Good sized home with plenty of room to spread out. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt very safe.

Beautiful Property-Beautiful Neighborhood

This townhome was the perfect fit for what we needed while in town visiting for my aunt’s birthday party. The price was a bit on the high end compared to other areas however my aunt actually owns a home in the same community so the location was perfect

Way more than I expected

Surprisingly it was a huge place. Took my mother to see her great grandson and the place was well prepared for everything. Loved the place and will book again for future visits.

Great Host! Great Home!

We had a great stay at Asem’s home! My wife and I met up with our college kids and some of their friends to attend an event at M&T Bank Stadium, and there were seven of us in total.The location was perfect—just a short ride to the train and bus stations, which made getting to and from the stadium very convenient. The home is also in a nice neighborhood. I only wish we’d had more time to walk around and explore the area, but we were constantly on the move.Asem’s check-in instructions were perfectly clear, and we were pleasantly surprised when we entered the home. I remember reading a few reviews before booking that mentioned minor issues, but after our stay, I honestly think some of them were just being a little nitpicky. We didn’t find anything wrong with the home.The house was very clean and well lit. The linens were clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. Asem even left some individual K-Cups for us to use. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, utensils, dishes, paper towels, toilet paper, and all the other essentials you would expect when staying in a home.Asem made sure we had everything we needed and made himself available anytime—even for something as simple as, “Hey, can you give us a couple of options for pizza delivery?” He was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Parking worked out perfectly as well. There are two spots in the driveway, along with visitor parking throughout the area.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Overall our stay was great! We brought our own things to cook with to find out they had a fully stocked kitchen we needed nothing. The home was extremely spacious for our family of 7. We had a minor setback but nothing that would make our stay terrible, someone was sent out promptly to try to fix the issue!!!! Home was beautiful and spacious would definitely rent again!!!Great host, and very responsive! Thank you!!!

Comfy place to stay

Easy to check-in and very clean. House had all the appliances and kitchenware we needed. Everything was in working order. Also, so many TVs, everyone could watch what they wanted. Our child was super happy with the bunk bed. The neighbors were very nice. We felt safe and comfortable here. Asem was very responsive. We would be happy to stay here again!

overall a nice stay. did not care for the layout of the townhouse. 3 levels... walk up stairs to get in the door, upon entry, walk up or down more stairs to access living area, walk up more stairs for bedroom.... too many stairs. lol washer and dryer good addition. dryer vent needs to be connected to vent out of the house the host was very friendly, accomodating, and easy to contact

Poor Experience

House was poorly stocked; 4 dinner plates; minimal pots and pans - no lamps in living room, no chairs in living room only a couch. A house of this size should be more equipped with supplies. Otherwise, home was comfortable and conveniently located for our purpose.

Good, Not Great, Rental for Short Stay in Baltimore

This rental met all requirements based on the number of beds/baths, dedicated parking, and convenient and safe location. While the space is large, it is clearly a rental property that has seen better days. Some flooring has been replaced; however, gaps in the new floor and old carpet painted to the baseboards show that it was a quick job. Almost all the walls and baseboards are scuffed or dinged. As with most rentals, there are only enough towels to last more than a day or two. To end on a positive, the host was very responsive!

This home exceeded our expectations expectations since it was so beautiful and spacious. The host was easy to communicate with and was attentive to details that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was great and we appreciated the two parking spaces.
