Welcome all nature enthusiasts! Stargazer Studio is small but mighty, sitting peacefully with onsite access to the Skykomish River and views aplenty. This studio is perfect for couples needing a romantic weekend away or small families looking for a cozy landing pad for their adventures. Soak in the hot tub in between ski trips, hikes, or dips in the river. Crack open a book on the deck or cuddle up for a movie night by the wood stove. Stargazer Studio is ready to welcome you and your furry friends for a Cascade Mountain getaway!

    Host was extremely attentive, quick, and cordial with their responses!Cabin was clean, plenty of amenities, quiet, and very pretty.I would rent from this host many times over if this is the standard experience!

    The cabin was perfect for my stay visiting family in the area. The place was clean, the view was great. I especially loved the little walkway down to the water. I will definitely look to book Stargazer Studio again!

    This was the most perfect little mountain cabin anyone could ever dream for. This was a solo trip for me to just unwind and reset and everything about this cabin was made for comfort. The hot tub, the wood burning fire stove, the comfy sofa, the incredibly comfy bed…. And then the view. Oh those views!

    Perfect Weekend Get Away

    The Stargazer Studio was wonderful! We had a relaxing weekend away from the hustle of life. The view from the hot tub is gorgeous. Would definitely go there again! The host was very responsive and helpful.

    Nice cozy cabin

    We had a nice relaxing weekend at this cozy little cabin. It was clean and had everything we needed. We did lose power due to a storm the first night but had plenty of firewood to keep us warm until it came back on. Gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains and the river from the large deck.

    Quiet and Relaxing

    Was a perfect place, but for the power going out for 12 hours and no running water for most of the stay. It worked

    Hi Patrick! We're sorry to hear this wasn't the PNW getaway you hoped for at Stargazer Studio. We're disappointed in the weather as well - being local hosts, we were equally impacted with the power outages and lack of water from frozen pipes. Subzero temperatures are very new to us out here and it's unfortunate that weather circumstances uncontrollable to us as hosts causes decreased guest ratings. We're always looking for recommendations on how to improve our property or guest experiences... we're at a loss.

    Wonderful cabin in Index with view

    My partner and I stayed at this cabin for 3 days. The view from the deck was absolutely amazing and we loved the inside of the cabin. The owner has extra fans + heaters + appliances to regulate the temperature of the cabin year round. The host has a lot of signage, booklets and information which we found to be helpful for the jacuzzi, fire pit, and for check-in/check-out procedures. I would recommend bringing bug spray + citronella candles for enjoying the deck and jacuzzi. We didn’t see any in the cabin and bought some to help us better enjoy the outdoor areas. I would recommend this cabin!

    Beautiful view

    Overall enjoyed stay. Would say the photos are accurate but the photographer does make the inside look a bit more glamorous, but overall it was clean and comfortable so no real issue with that once settled. I would note you can’t flush toilet paper, you have to put it into trash bin which I didn’t really like that. Also the hot tub itself was amazing but without a step stool I required assistance to get in and out as I’m short. Would recommend a step stool / step for a safer transfer. Also would recommend mosquito spray and fly swatter as you are living with the nature and its bugs. The view was remarkable and the couch was very comfortable when we wanted to relax to watch a movie. they supply coffee which is great but if you’re a creamer fan I would recommend bringing your own! overall we enjoyed our stay. Be sure to read the instructions they text you (not send via VRBO) BEFORE you go into no service zone as you will need this to be able to get through the security gates and into the home. I hope this was all helpful for the next guest! Enjoy!!
