Great location! Close to Vanderbilt, Centennial Park & very cute walkable neighborhood. An Uber to Broadway is about 12. Had a wonderful stay! Comfortable beds and plenty of room for family of four.

Everything went well from parking, check-in, location and over all accommodations, I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking to visit Nashville, only 2-3 miles from bars

Fantastic setup for our family in town visiting our daughter. Very clean and close to everything (you will need to drive but a short distance). Hosts were prompt in their responses. Beds were very comfortable!!

Looked like the photos, very clean room, restaurant downstairs, and nice overall. Only complaint is that we didn’t receive our room code before checking in and couldn’t contact the host so we were stuck outside our room for about an hour.

Hallway to unit was awful, it smelt terrible from garbage disposal (plug your nose and get into unit quickly) and carpets needed to be shampooed in hallways and at very least vaccumed. Condom found in garbage can was very disturbing and disgusting. It would have also been nice to have a few more amenities suited to vacation time such as a corkscrew. A designated parking spot would have been very suitable. Aside from these things location was good and unit although sparse and things mentioned above was clean.

Hello — thank you for staying I’m very sorry the hallway odor, unclean carpets, and the item found in a trash can made your stay unpleasant. That is unacceptable and not the experience we want for guests. We’ve reported the smell and carpeting condition to building management and requested deep cleaning of the common hallway, and HOA has been alerted to inspect common-area trash and sanitation. we will also have our team add a corkscrew and double-check kitchen supplies for future stays. My stay was wonderful. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and felt so peaceful. the host was responsive. Great location, awesome amenities. Everything was exactly as descried. Will most definitely stay here again!

The property was clean and spacious in a terrific location. Communication with the host was timely and helpful. Would have loved to have known about the discount at Tito’s in the listing or welcome email since we missed out on that. Also a few additions for comfort/convenience would be great like a few dish towels (wasted a lot of paper towels) & maybe some Kleenex (allergies are real and TP is a poor substitute). We found everything to be in working order and clean. The master bathroom door needs a little help by a carpenter for a better fit. We will be back for sure.

Great Location for a Girls Weekend

The location of the property was great. Would be a really long walk to downtown Broadway, but a short Uber ride. Apartment was well stocked & clean - practically new. Only issue was twin bed mattresses way too soft. Not a good fit for anyone who needs a firm mattress.

This property is in a great location! Tito's mexican restaurant is on the ground level of this location. Good food and very convenient! Only a 3 mile drive or Uber to downtown Nashville. The beds were very comfortable and the balcony and pool were great during the down time! Would definitely book again!
