RELAX ET PROFITEZ CE "JEWEL" IN CARLSBAD

Notre maison jumelle située dans un magnifique cul-de-sac vous ravira avec ses caractéristiques. Il est léger et lumineux et accueillant que vous entrez dans la spacieuse salle de séjour. La grande cuisine mis à jour avec de nouveaux appareils électroménagers Bosch et la suite de maître au premier étage est l'endroit où vous allez appeler à la maison pour votre séjour. Il y a deux chambres et une mezzanine fermée au deuxième niveau pour accueillir la famille et les amis. Notre maison est située dans le «joyau du comté du Nord" de Carlsbad dans la communauté paisible de Rancho Carrillo. La communauté dispose d'un centre de natation avec piscine (l'année chauffée), un spa, des douches et des toilettes -Water chaudes, clubhouse et 4 miles de sentiers pédestres et est centrée par Leo Carrillo Ranch (Rancho De Los Kiotes, sur le registre national des lieux historiques ).

Les meubles sont sujets à changement en raison de la mise à niveau.

Lovely quiet home that had everything I needed during my stay for my work internship. The condo gets lots of natural light and is beautifully decorated. All the appliances worked including Wi-Fi and heating/cooling if needed during my stay. Thankful I found this place at a reasonable price for my extended stay in Carlsbad.

Great Time in Carlsbad

We really enjoyed our month-long stay in this home. The home is beautiful and equipped with everything you could need for your home away from home. It is in a nice area, convenient to the Pacific Ocean, many parks and hiking with stores and restaurants nearby. We would definitely choose to stay here again when in the area.

Carlsbad house with a very good location.

This 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom is in a quiet location. It's very close to Bressi Ranch which has many good restaurants and stores. The house worked very well for us. Our son worked remotely upstairs in the extra room that surve as an "office".

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is a very well maintained property. The owners are kind and quick to respond to any questions/problems that might arise. Located in a quiet family neighborhood, it is close to the Bressi Ranch community that offers multiple restaurant choices, grocery stores, a drug store and many other services. It is also close to the beautiful coastline and multiple freeways. We look forward to another stay in 2023.

North County Winter Stay

We completely enjoyed our stay here in Carlsbad! This home is truly a jewel and has everything we needed for our 6 week-stay. The location was so convenient to shopping, walking trails and amazing restaurants and the beach was withiin a 10 minute drive. The backyard is a perfect place to relax, soak up the sun and socialize with family and friends. John and Sharon are wonderful hosts and pro-active without being invasive! We hope to stay here again for future visits to North County San Diego!

Absolutely LOVED this home !!!

Absolutely loved John and Sharon's home. It is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything you could ever need. We were really close to the golf course, St. Mark, where we are seasonal members. So GREAT location for sure. We also really enjoyed using the backyard with the firepit and comfortable furniture. The main suite was just beautiful with a HUGE walk in closet. Already working with John and Sharon on our next stay at their home. HIGHLY recommend staying here. 5+ stars for sure !!!

Feels like home

This space is very flexible and comfortable. The small yard is great for outdoor dining and watching the small planes from the airport or bird watching. The pool is really beautiful and the nearby trails were a fantastic addition to our agenda of pool and beach.

L’annuncio rispetta esattamente le caratteristiche della casa, molto accogliente, ricco di elettrodomestici nuovi e performanti. La piscina è un po’ fuori mano. Unico aspetto negativo è stato l’indifferenza dei proprietari per la nostra richiesta di necessità di un lettino per neonati! Ci è dispiaciuto non avere nessun aiuto al riguardo!

This couple rented our home and came from Italy with the express purpose of having a baby on US soil. We were agreeable to their request to stay at our home. They had a request for us to provide a baby bed (cot) for their unborn child. We had no access to providing her request and she should have accomplished the task herself. There are certain items that owners cannot and are not in a position to accomplish requests such as this. It is not our responsibility to provide such items. We do not agree with her rating. Top notch accommodation in Carlsbad

A beautiful, spacious, well appointed home in a lovely, family friendly neighborhood. It suited our family perfectly!plenty of room and separation for everyone while they were visiting with us. Walkable to Trader Joe's and other stores in Bressi Ranch. Need a car to get to the beach and surrounding areas.Owners were quick to respond to any questions and issues of concern. All in all, a great place for a family vacation and we look forward to coming back at some point in the future.

Gorgeous home in excellent neighborhood!

This is the most beautiful home we’ve stayed. Location is amazing and perfect for us since we relocated from Boston. My youngest enjoyed the pool which is only 2 min down the street. Inside the home has exquisite taste. Top of the line appliances, extremely clean and gorgeous yard. We loved it. They have everything you need and perfectly organized. Cero critters around and literally everything works to perfection. Elegant taste that makes you feel at home. Coffee in the mornings was a delight with the perfectly manicured yard. If you are relocating this is the perfect place to get a taste of Carlsbad. Close to beautiful shopping centers. Beach is minutes away and they have all you need for the stay. I wished we lived there forever! If you ever sell the house we want it! Rancho Carrillo is quiet and the neighbors are very nice. Great for families with babies or small kids. Everything is extremely clean and organized it was a pleasure staying here. Finding a house in San Diego is an ordeal and we wished we would have rented the house for at least 3 months. In one word we loved it and it felt like home. Good wishes to the lucky owners! We will refer friends for sure!

We purchased our twin home in Carlsbad because of the location to the Pacific beaches, the great golf courses, the activities surrounding the area and the all round great weather. We also have Grandbabies nearby.
