Maison, 4 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bains, 8 couchages.

Quatre chambres Ă  coucher trois pĂątĂ©s de maisons de la plage! Étapes Ă  Carlsbad Village ou une promenade sur la promenade donnant sur l'ocĂ©an. Grands restaurants et bars le long de Carlsbad Village Drive. Nous avons achetĂ© notre maison de plage nouvelle sorte qu'il dispose de tous les Ă©quipements haut de gamme - des comptoirs en granit, Ă©lectromĂ©nagers en acier inoxydable, et dĂ©corĂ©es dans un dĂ©cor de plage. Foyer intĂ©rieur, un patio avec barbecue. Nous avons des vĂ©los et des planches de bodyboard pour un peu de plaisir dans le beau temps et d'obtenir un peu d'exercice. Antiquaires Ă  proximitĂ© un centre commercial pour certains grands centres offres. Quartier calme a une trĂšs bonne ambiance pour des vacances reposantes. Trois blocs de la Gare de Coaster de sorte que vous pourrez facilement accĂ©der aux autres villes de plage y compris San Diego pour une excursion d'une journĂ©e.

Excellent house with plenty of room, well equipped and comfortable. The location was ideal and we did a to. Of walking and we’re happy not to have to use our car much. Easy walk to the beach and town and hundreds of restaurants. Cute wine bar right outside of the door. We were there for an 8 week stay and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and nice grill on enclosed patio.

Fabulous experience

Property was extremely clean, bright and livable upon our arrival. Questions to owner were always answered immediately. Fabulous location a couple of blocks from village and beach. Provisions of dishes, linens, toys, bikes and much more was outstanding. Quiet atmosphere that included great patio living.

Great Location

This place was perfect for us. About 5-10 minute walk to the beach, shopping, Coaster, and many great restaurants. Well stocked house with everything needed for cooking/baking or a day at the beach. Host was very responsive and check in/out was simple. We'll be renting again next year.

Nice condo in great location

This 4-bedroom condo was just what we needed! There were 2 couples staying here for a month, and there was plenty of room to give everyone their own space! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked! The only comment I would make is to reiterate other reviews and say that the carpets both upstairs and downstairs are terribly stained! Since we were there for a month, we had to do housekeeping several times, so it was really noticeable to us! We all like to read and felt that the lighting was not too good for reading, and the living room furniture, while very attractive, was not really that comfortable. Usually don't sit around much anyway, but this February it was very cool and rainy in Carlsbad. But the beds were wonderful! And the side patio is great for morning coffee! The condo is only 2 blocks from the Village, great restaurants, shopping, and the farmers market! A Mexican grocery store is just around the corner and Lola's is just a block away! And only 5 blocks from the beach (cuz you can't go as the crow flies!). You are able to walk everywhere! The train station is 3 blocks, which we took to San Diego twice! A great condo, Pam was a pleasure to work with! A perfect place to stay in Carlsbad!

Wonderful home in fantastic location!

This was a wonderful home for our family during our month long stay in the area. The location was perfect - right in the middle of Carlsbad Village, ~10 minutes walk to the beach, and 2 blocks from a playground for the kids. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including plenty of beach gear. The outdoor patio was an unexpected perk. The owner and property manager were accommodating and communicative and the home was clean and accurate to the listing. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely perfect month!

We needed a monthlong stay in the area to look for more permanent housing, and this rental served us perfectly! It was incredibly well stocked and very comfortable. Helpful that the property manager lived nearby. It was such a treat to be walking distance to so many special things, not least of which was the Pacific Ocean and phenomenal sunsets!

Great location by the beach!

Much larger than I thought it would be and super super close to downtown and the beach! Communication with the property manager was challenging at times (some repairs never got fixed) but overall a really great stay. Great value!

Spacious home with lots within walking distance!

PROS: The main bonus of this home is the 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, large kitchen and proximity to the ocean and the many village restaurant and shops! Carlsbad Village is very cute. The kitchen is large with lots of counter space bc of the island, which I loved. I do a lot of food prep so the space was great. If you have kids, make sure to look for the Village Fairy Doors along the path which runs along the train tracks. We were able to be without a car most of our 5 weeks there. There are also surf boards, boogie boards, bikes (if you ask for them), beach chairs and even wetsuits if one fits you! We took the train to downtown San Diego a few times and loved it! So proximity to the train station was also a plus! The furniture is quite new, there is a TON of storage space/closet space, nice to have a garage to park a car. Overall for us, this was a great value for the location and roominess. We were very glad we found this place. The area was relatively quiet except for two very vocal dogs in the property behind this one. (needed ear plugs for the dogs bc I am a very light sleeper) Only a few things we would suggest: Kitchen could use more newer pots/pans - all the non stick coated pots are in very poor shape and were unusable to us. There is one new very large stainless soup/pasta pot and one new non stick pan as of March/April 2021. Some silicone or wood spatulas for cooking would also be nice (the plastic ones were all melted). The house sleeps as many as 8 but only 4 can sit down to eat together at one time. Overall, great place and would stay again.

Can't rave about the property enough! Was close to the Village so enjoyed walking to the many shops, restaurants & coffee shops. Walk to beach for us was 10 minutes. Communication for the Property was always handled quickly! Loved it & we will definitely return!

Carlsbad Condo Great Location

The location was great ! It has a lot of things to use at the beach! We loved our stay here! we had a few things to fix but the property manager Andres fixed the minor problems! All in all it was a very roomy and cool place to stay the was a short walk to tdhe beach.

Best place to stay in Carlsbad

We had the best time for the 4th of July! Great location, great location, great location! Easy walk to downtown Carlsbad and 5-7 min walk to the beach. Owners and management was wonderful. This house has everything!

Great location in Carlsbad

We had a death in the family and trying find a place near Oceanside with two days notice for six adults flying from around the country was somewhat difficult. They were very helpful and accommodating in our last minute booking. The home was close to several restaurants and walking distance to the beach. We only stayed for a few days but it would have been very comfortable for a month.

Great home away from home!

I actually feel that this house is undersold because the pictures do not do it justice. The rooms are larger than they appear in the pictures and the master bathroom has a great spa tub, plus shower! Everytime I'd wish there was something, such as scissors, which I wouldn't think to bring on vacation, I'd look in a drawer and it was there. When the battery went out in the ceiling fan I thought I'd have to go out and buy batteries, but I looked in a drawer and they were right there! Good sound-proofing too, the home is pretty close to the train line, but if you close the windows you can't hear it much, plus you don't hear a lot of house noise when you are in the house (e.g. can't hear someone in the shower if you are in the bedroom). Neighbors were quiet. Very enjoyable stay! I'll definitely be back!

Excellent value - terrific location!

My family has vacationed in Carlsbad several times over the past few years and this property was our favorite, no question! Spacious bedrooms, lovely kitchen, and the location can't be beat. We enjoyed walking to the beach and to the good restaurants nearby. Having all of the beach toys and beach towels at our disposal was great.

Weekend Getaway

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying in this beautiful condo. Quiet, clean, and comfortable would be understatements for this property. The location is within walking distance to the beach and local restaurants/stores. The condo is fully equipped with all your needs and accommodated 7 of us easily. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this property - we will definitely return!

Spring Break

So my Family of 4 went from Arizona to Carlsbad for Spring Break. I did a lot of research and I am writing a very honest review. The house was in a perfect spot, perfect. You can walk everywhere. It is a large condo with 4 bedrooms on the top floor. The kitchen was great and everything worked perfectly in the house. My concerns were the carpet and the walls. It all needs to be re-carpeted and re-painted. We had Family come and visit for the day and honestly it was a bit much to explain the all of the stains. If you don't care about what the carpet, walls, grill (very dirty), and overall "clean" feel of the house, then stay here. It really does have location and space going for it. My only other area to improve would be the damage deposit of $250. We had to pay it up front months ago, but 24+ hours later it has yet to be put back in my account - seems like that should be sooner.

A great place to say

This was my second stay at this comfortable, attractive, and well-equipped beach house. The property manager is very attentive and makes sure all supplies are in place. It is a perfect location for the beach and the village. The kitchen is well-stocked. We will return again and again.

We purchased this home as a summer get-away from the hot Arizona summers. We hope to retire here in the near future. Love the cool and sunny Carlsbad summer months! The weather is great here all year round.

We love Carlsbad and the vibe of the Village. This is a great area to spend time with our kids. Plenty to see and do for all ages. The neighborhood is quaint and close to everything (beach, restaurants, coaster train). The kids love to boogie board in the ocean. We like to relax with friends and just enjoy our surroundings.

Walking to restaurants, watch the surfers, enjoy the beach, bike rides through the village, farmer's market every week along with craft shows, coaster station is 3 blocks away for an easy escape to San Diego and other outlining beach towns.
