Great Stay

Little out of the way but you travel through a lot of great places. Beach and walkout on the bay is great so close! Had an amazing time! Easy and quick responses from the property owner throughout the process!

Perfect location

This spacious, clean, fresh property was right by the public beach. The kitchen was super and there was ample closet/dresser space to settle in for our relaxing 6 day stay.

Must see... Kingsport By the Sea

What a great location... literally steps to the beach (and to the ice cream shop)! Neat and tidy and perfect for those looking for a relaxing, East Coast lifestyle getaway. Two small drawbacks: only 1 mirror located in the bathroom and only 2 chairs at the kitchen island for indoor eating.

Great property, great location.

Wonderful place and awesome location. Beautiful area and the home was well equipped. David was a wonderful and accommodating host who was very receptive. Would highly recommend both host and property for anyone staying in the area.

What a lovely place- perfect for our getaway. Spotless! -and air conditioning on a warm valley summer weekend came in handy. Had all things we needed. Many thanks- we were very happy with our stay and would not hesitate to recommend!

The property was modern and clean. It was situated conveniently to the beach and under 20 minutes to the surrounding areas eateries and attractions. Suggestions for the host:2 bedrooms may suggest 4 people. Add a table to eat at because there’s nowhere for 4 people to eat together except the small 2 person counter. Add and iron/board and hair dryer. Most do not travel with those items. Each window opened with the same prop. Not ideal. When windows opened there were no screens so bugs easily went inside. Could not control heat which was very warm. Front entry could use some form of hooks or something to hang a coat and perhaps a mat to wipe shoes on. Bedroom setup is odd, the beds, again suited for 2 people, with 1 person being against a wall. Offer a keurig along with the coffee drip pot. A most popular item: teaspoons were scarce. Only 2. Shoulder have at least 4 of everything. A deck box to put outside furniture cushions in at night or of a threat of rain. A night light in the kitchen area for people using the washroom at night and warning of the open back staircase.

By the beach

Fantastic little place right across the street from the beach and cool little burger shack. BBQ, hot tub and good size yard to throw the ball around. Excellent communication from the host. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

The property was lovely and everything was as expected. The location was beautiful and peaceful, and we were even able to see quite a few shooting stars in the clear night sky. Loved that we could fish off the boat ramp and even get lunch right across the street. Had a wonderful time!

Relaxing Stay by the Ocean

We loved our stay @Kingsportbytheseacottage. The house was the perfect size, had everything we needed, and with the big deck out front facing the ocean (across the street), and the big backyard with hot tub, fire pit and bbq, there was always a place to enjoy the outside. Inside were 2 very comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen and big windows to let in the view. Can't wait to return....
