In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 8, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 4.
This renovated Kiawah Island vacation rental offers 4 bedrooms, a spacious pool deck, and a screened porch. Enjoy wooded views and a short, 5-minute walk to the nearest beach!
This inviting, two-story Kiawah Island home is newly renovated and boasts soft neutral hardwood flooring and an abundance of natural light. In the living area, you will find comfortable seating, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and door access to the pool deck. The beautifully white, fully equipped kitchen offers ample counter space and a center island. Enjoy stainless steel appliances and a gas cooktop. The dining area is the prime entertainment spot with access to the pool and its close proximity to the kitchen and living areas.
The primary bedroom is found on the second floor and offers a king-sized bed, a TV, wooded views, and a private primary bathroom with a walk-in shower. The secondary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a TV, and pool views. The secondary bathroom is attached to the separate sitting area and is equipped with a double sink vanity and another walk-in shower. The third bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed, a TV, and a loft with beanbag chairs. The third bathroom is just down the hall and features a shower and bathtub combination. The fourth bedroom offers 2 twin-sized beds, a TV, and a private full bathroom. The fourth full bathroom is equipped with another shower and bathtub combination.
Enjoy relaxing by the homeâs private pool. The spacious pool deck is surrounded by Kiawah Islandâs natural beauty and is sure to be a guest favorite.
The home also offers a screened porch where guests can dine al fresco.
The home is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
The dimensions of the pool are approximately 20' x 26'. This pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $100 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. Contact us directly to add pool heating to your reservation.
Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per pet per day, with a maximum of two (2) pets. Contact us directly to add pets to your reservation.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more â the choice is yours!
During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kidsâ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.
