Millie, Thank you for taking the time to provide detailed feedback on your recent stay. We sincerely apologize that the condition of the property and its immediate surroundings did not meet your expectations or our standards. Your experience, particularly with the cleanliness and maintenance issues, is certainly not the quality of vacation we strive to provide. We are actively addressing the issues you have raised: Property Maintenance & Condition: We acknowledge your comments regarding the need for updating photos and general upkeep. We update our photos regularly and have already scheduled a comprehensive review of the property by our maintenance supervisor to create an immediate action plan for restoration and repair. Grill: The rusty grill has been removed and will be replaced with a new one. HVAC Filter: Replacing filters is a necessary and important part of maintaining a property. Our maintenance logs show the filters were replaced approximately 30 days prior to your arrival with filters that are rated for 90 day use. We apologize this did not meet your expectation. Cleanliness (Dust & Sand): We are very sorry for the condition of the interior upon your arrival. What you reported here is not our normal industry leading cleaning standards. Exterior Sand: We understand your frustration with the excessive sand, especially around the pool area. Coastal storms and high winds which you alluded to in your review often deposit large amounts of sand quickly, especially on oceanfront properties, we agree that the regular maintenance schedule should better account for this. We appreciate you noting that communication for check-in and check-out was good. However, we understand that this does not negate the issues you experienced during your stay. We truly regret that your experience has led you to conclude you would not rent with us again, and we value your candid feedback as it helps us identify where immediate improvements are required. We are committed to ensuring that is maintained to provide the beautiful vacation experience the view deserves. Thank you again for bringing these critical points to our attention.
