Sunsets were amazing every night!

Beach access, laundry, kitchen, I loved everything it was close to stickney point and close to siesta beach with our own private access gate which was even prettier there!

Great! Check out process wasn’t provided except turning in keys, parking pass and wristbands. Wasn’t sure how to leave condo as far as cleaning but did what we thought.

Fantastic stay!

This place was awesome! Guest services were super nice & accommodating. The place was clean & well kept. They had bikes, beach chairs, wagon! All the amenities for the beach. We have stayed in siesta for years & I couldn’t believe we haven’t stayed here before. The walk to beach isn’t bad at all.

ZERO Manager Communication/Check-in Mistakes

Property is nice, clean with great amenities. HOWEVER, we were texted bad check-in instructions. We were told to enter the guard shack, and pick up our key packet. We went into the shack, but there was no packet to be found. We called 3 different numbers and finally reached a live person (no manager on duty). We were given the maintenance override code to the digital lock at our condo. We entered and inside was the packet. I was told that a manager would contact us the next day to check in with us. No phone call. On the back screened in porch, workers left a pile of wood with nails sticking out. Thank goodness we didn't bring little kids with us. Then the next day, we walked to the beach. We rented this property specifically for the private beach access. We went thru the gate which had a nice man at the guard shack. There is no signage and we were given no instruction that we had to walk on a 3 foot wide access right of way. We walked toward what looked like the gate in the website photos. We were confronted by a rude, arrogant wanna be cop. He blocked us with his golf cart. Rather than explain where we needed to walk to access the beach, he was rude and confrontational. He threatened to call the sheriff's on us for "talking back" to him. We explained we had received no instruction, and there was no signage. He threatened, "I'll take your access key fob away from you." I called customer service and spoke to Dan, requesting a MGR call back. No call back.

We apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. We are looking into why you were sent incorrect access information as the information we have in our electronic guidebook is correct. The packet inside the condo should have had directions for the beach access but we are sorry that the patrol for the adjacent property was rude to you when you tried to access through the gate. We do hope that you'll stay with us again and give us an opportunity to improve in these areas.

What we enjoyed most was how easy it was to balance relaxation with activity. The property made it simple to head out for beach walks or spend time at the pool, then return to a comfortable space to unwind. It offered the kind of variety that kept our trip both fun and refreshing. Glad our friends recommended this resort to us! Well-deserved 5 out of 5 rating!
