Nous sommes partis en vacances et nous l'avons tellement aimé que nous avons décidé de l'acheter! Nous sommes maintenant les fiers propriétaires d'une villa de 2 chambres, 1 salle de bain, à distance de marche de la plage de la fin de la plage à Queens Grant, Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head.

Ce grand complexe dispose de 5 km de belle plage de sable blanc, Ă  une courte distance Ă  pied de 1 des 5 piscines communautaires, de 3 parcours de golf de championnat, de 25 courts de tennis (15 en terre battue), avec une boutique professionnelle qui a tout. Lagune de onze milles pour le canoĂ«, le pĂ©dalo, le crabe, la pĂȘche et plus encore! Pont fantastique de l'happy hour! I had an issue with the fridge and the owners worked with me diligently to fix it. Communication was wonderful.Also they had alll the things a family needs for a great beach stay. Plenty of chairs, there is a rolling cooler, and umbrella. Plenty of towels.

Cute, clean but location is lacking.

This property has a wonderful beach vibe and is spotless. The location is lacking as it is not close to any of the beaches. Parking is very crowded and the deck overlooks the road so we didn’t enjoy sitting outside. The pool was very tiny and literally in someone’s back yard so we didn’t use that either. I have been coming to Hilton Head for 30 years and the location of this property was lacking although the inside was delightful and clean!

The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. We know Queens Grant very well and have stayed in a condo here for over 25 years. I highly recommend renting this one and I definitely will do again!!!

Queen’s Grant Villa

We love staying at Queen’s Grant rentals! This one is lovely and only about a 10 minute walk to the beach, one of the closer ones in the complex. The hosts did not check their messages via Vrbo daily, which I had thought would be the best way to get in touch. However, once we called their cell and left a message with our concerns, they did respond in a timely manner.

Great location and great place

My family stayed down at Hilton head this past week and had a great time! The condo was in a great location, was very clean, and we would highly recommend it. I would say that the only downside was that the landscaping crew was there every morning, doing very loud landscaping starting at 8 o’clock. This happened every day Monday through Friday, so if you like to sleep in, you may not want to stay near the road which is where this condo is located. There are a couple of pools on the site to which we only visited one. The pool wasn’t overly impressive but it definitely did the job to cool us off one afternoon. I liked the fact that this condo was on the ground floor, so it was very easy to get in and out of. The place was stocked really well for us when we arrived and it was really nice having a washer and dryer to where we didn’t have to pack so many clothes to take on our stay, we simply did a couple loads of laundry, I would definitely stay here again. The owners were also very quick to reply when I had a couple questions. While this location is not close to the beach, it is very easy to ride your bike or drive your car down to the Disney beach house and access the beach from there. It’s actually a great location because not a lot of people were taking advantage of this from Palmetto Dunes. Palmetto dunes is also a great location because they have great bike paths, a cute little hardware store, tennis and pickle, ball courts, and as well located on the island itself.

Great first HHI trip

We had a wonderful trip! This was our first time in HHI. Location is great, our young children rode their bikes from the villa to the beach. We did park our car by the Dunes House since we got to the beach so early. If you haven’t been to HHI before, the tide moves up and down so it’s best to bring beach chairs on your own - but don’t worry the house has some for you! The house is very well stocked with what you need. The price was great and the accommodations were amazing. There’s a roll away bed too; our youngest daughter was able to sleep there. Only thing I’d suggest is a deep clean on the floors but hey- it’s the beach! The host was great and very communicative. Palmetto Dunes is really great. Love the accommodations and activities that come with staying there. We’d love to come back!

This property is in a wonderful neighborhood with easy access to the beach and to Shelter Cove marina. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property manager was very prompt with communication. We highly recommend.

Loved the place

My husband and I enjoyed the Queens Grant location and condo for our get away. Condo amenities had everything we needed and more. Enjoyed walking to General store and along the walkways. Palmetto Dunes is midway on the island and convenient to many great restaurants and activities. We had no issues with check-in or any problems with our stay in the condo. Very pleased and would choose this condo again.

Enjoyed our stay, close to area where other family were staying Would be helpful to supply laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. We only had to use dishwasher and washer/dryer once but lucky to borrow from other family in the area
